Aloha Inn McAllen TX

It's very quiet. Nothing.

Although it was a smoking room it did not have any odor and was very clean Everything was great no complaints

Bed was the worse part

There were extra charges beyond what was advertised, adding $43 to a $157 stay. Also, a sleep mask vanished from the room while I was out, which will cost me another $20+ to replace. The lobby was always locked off from the customers.

Affordable, clean and comfortable!

No hot water never, the refrigerator didn’t work and they wanted to charge me a different amount than what I got it on booking really bad

Nothing Dingy rooms, electrical problems in bathroom, non working lights dingy carpets, excessive paint gouged walls. Would not allow me to cancel second day, without paying a premium. Very inconsiderate staff

The service was quick and the hotel was inexpensive. The hotel had no towels at all in the bathroom.

Location to my business. Old but okay.

For the most part the staff always checks me into a room immediately and all the basic necessities of the room are available. Not to happy that I didn't realize that the fridge was disconnected until later. The room isn't the cleanest per se but it's still decent.

Clean, well updated, everything worked, nice pool. An extra towel for the pool would have been nice.

The location and how quick the staff was to attend me and provide me the room. Not enough towels

The room was a great size and very comft the restroom was dirty

In personal opinion, this place should not receive the stars that it has,but the night staff person was very pleasant. The overall atmosphere was good for the area. Parking in front of room. The room looked like it had been thrown together, pink sheets on bed, bad entrance. Burn scar marks all over bathtub,(even tho it was a smoking room, it was un-appealing. Front desk area had boxes and other extra items for other rooms scattered all over.
