Motel 6 McAllen, TX - East

I was very disappointed

Me gustó también que está en una buena ubicación ya que se encuentra en el área cercana a los Malls y las tiendas y restaurantes a los que solemos ir cuando vamos a McAllen. En mi próximo viaje a McAllen es muy seguro que volveré a quedarme ahí.

Room was stinky floor was sticky smelt so bad even saying smoke-free! The rating overall of this hotel is not correct at all!!

elevator not working, staff had no clue cleaning and property was not clean

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, as well the pool. Sheets are little bit on the thinner side, but otherwise bearable.

The staff was great. Not much. The pool was dirty. The elevator did not work.\n One of the wall plugins did not work, 1 of the lights at the headboard and the connecting plugin did not work. The light over the a c unit was dim.

The location is great and also the price Jessica is the lady at the front desk, she is kind of rude. Also the wifi wasn’t working either the elevator

The price was fair and the room was clean. The WiFi connection was weak and limited. Windows need to be replaced or fixed because you can hear outside noise very clearly especially the highway noise. key cards deactivated twice on their own. Elevator not in service so had to use the stairs. The outside doors were open all the time so anyone can walk into the property without a key card.
