There are bed bugs. I had a bad rash from the bed bugs. Linen was dirty.

Dirty room at check in, got another room and it was cleaner but for the price I was very disappointed by no coffee, no shampoo, and no places to sit outside.

No tenía refrigerador ni microondas, shampoo y jabón para baño tampoco. Y que no me tenían la reservación y ya estaba pagado con anterioridad.

Their elevator has been out for 8 months and they won't fix it! Get new towels .. Their towels are old and raggedy.. I use better towel to clean my car.. The staff was great but the maintenance is terrible.

Me gustó también que está en una buena ubicación ya que se encuentra en el área cercana a los Malls y las tiendas y restaurantes a los que solemos ir cuando vamos a McAllen. En mi próximo viaje a McAllen es muy seguro que volveré a quedarme ahí.

Room was stinky floor was sticky smelt so bad even saying smoke-free! The rating overall of this hotel is not correct at all!!
