clean, and the staff was very friendly, love the fact that there was coffee available 24-7

The room was clean, but we found someone else leftover food in the refrigerator. Our toilet also sprayed water everywhere and we had to turn the water off and call maintenance, who couldn’t come until the next day. The staff was great, but the hotel itself was mediocre at best.

The room was clean and somewhat updated but the manager and the breakfast staff were very rude when asked about the breakfast selection. I was expecting better customer service based on the previous reviews but was disappointed. However, the front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating in arranging a handicap accessible room for my 80-year-old father.

Mrs Pam, the lady that the breakfast every morning is so sweet. Yall definitely need to keep her. She lifts your day early in the morning with her singing and conversation.

We booked this hotel after arriving to a hotel across the street that was less than suitable. When we arrived, the lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. She quickly got us extra towels for my large family and assisted in finding the room. Everything was clean and comfortable and we plan to stay again.

The property looks great and have always enjoyed my stays at Holiday Inns. It’s in an excellent location close to the event I was attending over at the Courtyard Marriott After riding a motorcycle for 8 hours all I wanted to check in, shower and take a nap before the 7pm Welcome party. Check in did not happen for me until 6:10pm. Poor Hannah had all these guests yelling at her. This was totally unacceptable since Check in was at 4pm. Of course I found a big giant roach I think it was. Urghh
