Pool was down for 3 days, breakfast was minimal

Our hotel room was in poor condition and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or maintenance. The carpet was dirty, heavily matted, and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. The chair in the room was torn and badly worn, the telephone was broken with the cord disconnected, and the framed artwork on the wall was damaged and appeared to be on the verge of falling. When we reported the broken phone to the front desk, we were told there were no replacement phones or other available items, which suggested that either every room was occupied or that the hotel had no adequately maintained replacements available. Overall, the room showed significant signs of neglect, and the condition of the furnishings and fixtures made for a very disappointing stay.This version is appropriate for a hotel review or a complaint requesting resolution.

Lobby furniture old, the cloth looked unclean. The pool was covered first day. There was a bad chemical odor in the room . I would never recommend this location.

The breakfast should upgraded. Overall it was decent at best.

Tv stuck on one channel and had to keep calling front desks for a different remote to work tv

That the ac didn’t make the room cold even on the lowest setting and fan turned completely on. The room floors were dirty.

The front desk staff was great. The bathroom light was out so we had the bathe in the dark. Room had smoke smell and the refrigerator did not work so we had to buy a cooler.

The staff was very nice. The property was nice and clean. The rooms need to be repaired. The bathroom floor tiles were all cracked up and weak. The beds were not that comfortable. However it was very clean.

The staff was amazing. She did everything to accommodate us. Room was bad. She moved us three times and nothing was great. We had roaches in our room. Our carpets was nasty and it was a bunch of mildew smell in the room. I raped that zero need to be updated.

The staff was excellent and informative about the area. We actually had a ground floor - my husband is disabled and this is the only place that actually saved our ground floor request.

The bathroom in my room didn’t have a light in it It was clean, but the floors was not swept, and the bathroom was kind of dirty

Skimpy breakfast. loud talking staff and others in hallway. Someone at 0430am. Had to change both rooms due to no AC, Bad outlets, no hot water in shower...etc. Deodorizer in lobby was over whelming and obviously covering something up. Staff slow to refresh towel. Room seemed clean. Felt safe. Location

Adequate. Only one receptacle in room works. Toilet seat is about to come off. Iron was sticking out from side of bed frame. Big hazard for injury to anyone who might be scraped. Staff talking loudly in hallway. Staff s-l-o-w to respond to towel request. over an hour. etc.

Overall the hotel and staff were very good. The hotel is older and somewhat dated, and the location was not our first choice but it worked for this last minute ‘family emergency’ trip (w/ pets). We were a little disappointed with the included breakfast: only a very few continental breakfast staples were offered - no meat option - and the menu offering did not change the five days and four nights that we stayed. Very affordable hotel pricing and the pool was refreshing!

Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. Staff was friendly

My room floor was very nasty when I walked on that Barefoot it and made the bottom of my feet disgusting some of the lights didn't work in my room and the toilet ran all night

The room smells really terrible.
