Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia City Avenue

Just there for an overnight stay but Crystal at the reception desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. Happy hour with Michele who worked circles around the bar and restaurant managed to keep that place humming. Will be making another overnight soon and will definitely be booking at the Courtyard.

Michelle and the other woman with the glasses and the security/shuttle driver (sorry I forgot your names) were very helpful and friendly! I enjoyed my stay!

Perfect location for the Mann center. Felt very safe.

The hotel has potential, but the rooms need more care, especially the bathrooms. The toilet paper area was broken and the neglect was noticeable. They're small details, but they really affect the experience.

No coffee makers in the room and coffee wasn’t available until 7am. The service desk was slow.

There was nothing bad about our stay. The place was clean, the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, and the room was perfect for our needs. When we needed to stay one more night, they were so understanding and accomodating. We didn't want to leave. Any time we come back to Philadelphia, we will definitely be staying here!

Seamless booking and check in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for our needs. I used the gym and laundry. We didn't eat any food or use the pool.

The staff at checking were fabulous from Jose to everyone we encountered.

I never write reviews, but I want to make an exception. While staying at the Courtyard I lost my wallet with basically everything in there. I was sure I had it while I checked in, so it had to be still somewhere in the hotel. The personal, and the security department helped me so much! We even reviewed cctv footage and we found where it fell out of my pocket! Eventually I got my wallet back! Superb service, thanks so much! You are a great team!

The surfaces in our room were not clean. We cleaned the desk and table tops when we arrived. The tables in the lounge were also not wiped. Basic cleanliness should be expected.

Nothing bad to say, great place to stay if traveling to Philadelphia.

The room was not properly cleaned, and we found sawdust inside one of the cabinets. There was also very little space for luggage. Additionally, the hotel charges a $15 parking fee, so be aware of that before booking. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

If you’re sensitive smells, this is not the place. The lobby smells like a perfume store where all the perfumes smelled. The rooms were nice but I wish the sheets had been softer.

Said breakfast buffet but couldn’t find it. Room smelled bad.

The size of the room was great , and the bed was a delight to sleep on, very well rested 5hrs sleep.
