Overall, it was a good experience staying here.

The location was perfect for my orientation week at PCOM. Facilities were clean and staff was attentive

Smelled marijuana in hall and on one of the elevators…floors trashed w/numerous kids attending parade snd staying at hotel - faucet in sink in room 706 …extremely low pressure, was told how to set refrigerator to work….did not ….a few stains on comforter hidden underneath bed spread and having to pay for breakfast, poor lighting in room plus all kinds of suspicious looking characters hanging in front of the hotel ….the stay did not warrant the cost of the room - a couple of days earlier stayed at Hagerstown Hampton Inn fir $119 absolutely superb professionally run, room clean, breakfast deelish and room extremely comfortable no dirty elevator floors, room comfortable - Courtyard Marriott disappointing on the whole - will not stay ever again

The check in process was NOT optimal at 4 pm, which opens the check-in time. There was one person working at checkout, and doing his very best despite issues with your computer system. I think it would be more acceptable during busy times to have >1 person available at the desk.

Great location, easy to get to. We were there for 1 night so we didn't use any amenities but would highly recommend staying there, we will again! Nice staff, room was clean

However, when i checked out Mr. Andre Juna was so nice and professional. Hotel overall clean, room was nice. I stay for the location. Some staff could be more helpful.

It was well maintained and had very good service .

The sofa in my room was stained and worn. And the bathroom sink had what appeared to dirt or mold just under the counter where the faucet was , which could be seen while using the toilet.
-
I was disappointed about the basics. The toilet paper is way too thin as are the tissues. The trash receptacles are way too small. The toilet sits too low and its flush is too weak. In my bathroom in Rm 847 there was a chunk missing from the bottom of the door and the door lock doesn't work. The lighting in the room was insufficient. Also, why must it be an all out search to find the light switches? On the plus side, I enjoyed the texture of the hallway carpeting that seems to be good to relieve pressure on the knees and backs.

Nice and clean None

Room clean, easy parking

The shower curtain in the bathroom was missing a liner so if you didn’t tuck the shower curtain inside the tub while taking a shower water leak outside onto the floor right by the toilet bowl and the sink, increasing the chances of someone slipping and form and hurting themselves when they step out of the shower. Also, when turning the AC on in the room, it felt like you were in a wind tunnel. The air was blowing so hard that it made it uncomfortable to sleep in either bed at night with the AC on, if you turned the AC off, it was uncomfortably warm in the room, there was no way to adjust the airflow coming out of the AC

The staff was very professional and the amenities like the bar and coffee shop were inviting. Rooms were clean and updated

First ---the charge for parking is ridiculous. Then a $50 hold on incidentals. Then after checking out I see that I have an additional $250 debit on the card I used to cover the incidentals. The room was paid through another credit card. SO I am now having to deal with a fraud claim and deal with this headache. The person at the front desk could not see the charge, But that is because it's a weekend. So someone on staff decided to enter my card number to cover something. since the bank note said it was entered by merchant. Ice machines were broken on 2,3,4th floors. FOr the price do better.
