Breakfast adequate and tasty. Room shades and curtains broken. Pullout sofa mattress zero stars ⭐️ just replace it already. Garbage seems scarce in Philadelphia in general. Overall very disappointing for a Hilton brand property.
-
Well maintained and nice views. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
-
The first room had spoiled sheets, the 2nd room had a bad odor. At 2:30 am I was finally placed in a suitable room.
-
There was not enough food at breakfast. When I went down around 8:30 they had ran out of much of the food an coffee. They replaced some of it, but it was pretty sad. But the room had a nice view and was fine. The couch bed is VERY uncomfortable so if you’re a grown-up, don’t even try to sleep on it…

Staff great but AC wasn’t working first night of stay
-
To keep in mind. Parking is weird. They have a small access to load/unload and a parking lot further down and there is covered paid parking(we used) which is really affordable.

The young lady at the desk who checked us in was so pleasant & professional. This was our first visit so she explained where to go and everything we needed to know regarding our two night stay. This hotel had an outage in the middle of the night with no electricity nor water it was a disaster.
-
Very apparent that there was senior care in the hotel. Not expected and a bit uncomfortable

It is wheelchair accessible, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.
-
I absolutely loved the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable. The room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5pm, there was a 20 minute wait and when I got to the room there were dirty towels still in it. We also inquired about vegetarian breakfast options, we were told they would be available and they never were.

Truly had a great long weekend stay and the staff were so kind and helpful in every way! Thank you!
-
The suite was very roomy. Plenty of outlets to charge our devices. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
-
A 10/10 stay we will be back soon. Thank you
-
The responsiveness and professional demeanor of the staff. I spent so much time out of the room I didn't really notice.
-
The staff and restaurant host were great. The room was clean and very livable. The noise came on Friday night from children on 12th floor playing in hallway. It was a treat for my granddaughter so she really enjoyed the pool and breakfast and comfort of sleeping in. Thank everyone for good service.
-
The staff were nice, everything else was unsatisfactory. Breakfast was terrible, somehow there was never any plates or utensils. Our room smelled horrible, was dirty, and needed to change rooms. The room keys to the pool and fitness center never worked. Wouldn’t recommend.

Housekeeping leaves something to be desired.
