Our room was not stocked w shower gel conditioner or lotion. When I informed front desk they didn’t seem to care.

The hotel is okay, you can definitely see the difference between the floors and one side of the hotel compared to the other side. One of my pillows had a brown stain on it which worried me and the windows should have been cleaned better as you could tell someone was there with tape still stuck on the frame from previous guests. I understand every room has guests but I shouldn't be able to tell.

The restaurant seemed understaffed at times.

Staff were very accommodating and very helpful. They had treats for our dog. We will definitely comeback when we’re back in town.

Hotel was close to concert venue. Very clean room, comfortable king bed. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The room could use some maintenance and a supply refresh though. Almost all of that could have been taken care of if we had asked, but we ended up using the room to sleep and shower so we let it be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The manager India was a GOD SEND for our last minute booking! When Expedia didn’t send over our reservation (booked 2 hours in advance) she went above and beyond to help us get into a room and took care of all of the strings for us! This place is very clean, professional, and the most professional and friendly staff I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with during a vacation trip! Thank you again India and Daniel, we appreciate you so much! -Haylo

The entire stay was great. The staff were very helpful and pleasant helping make the children's sleep over great. The ladies serving breakfast Rose and Nicole made sure they had a great healthy meal and was very nice. The room was clean and staff responded with items needed.the kitchen was a great access for the later meals. There were no pots and pans but we made out. Thank everyone from the girls and me.

We checked in at 10PM and were told we received the last available room. We received the keys, which did not work. After receiving a second set of keys, which also did not work, the director of security got involved. He was able to open the door, but the deadbolt locked the door. Another staff person was called to unlock the deadbolt, which is when we heard a voice from inside the room indicating that there was somebody in the room. That person clearly had no business being in the room, and the security director immediately escorted that person outside (not sure what happened to that person). At that point we were no longer willing to stay in that hotel and asked for a new room in the adjacent Hilton. That was arranged. When we entered our room in the Hilton, we smelled a strong odor of marijuana which was mixed with air freshener. We tried to reach the front desk 3 times with no answer. Upon calling the security director from the Homewood Suites, it sounded like he knew that could be an issue and that we would not be charged. I will never ever stay again in either the Homewood Suites or the adjacent Hilton when traveling to Philadelphia.

Our two night stay was pleasant. Room was spacious and clean, full size fridge and little kitchenette came in handy. Included breakfast was yummy. Bathroom and furniture could have been updated. Kind of old looking. Decent overall.

Warning!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot. The rooms were disgusting. I don’t think they clean at all ever let alone after each person leaves. There were several rooms with bed bugs that were found. One possibly with lice, so sure there were others just didn’t hear about it. Blood on bathroom floors, toilet not cleaned, hair everywhere throughout the room especially on the bed. Side table had contact lens smashed onto it and dried so had been there for some time. The rugs felt moist and dirty. Crumbs on most of the surfaces in the room. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We cut our vacation short because of this place and got out of town. The staff did their best to accommodate but the hotel itself needs a really deep cleaning!

Breakfast adequate and tasty. Room shades and curtains broken. Pullout sofa mattress zero stars ⭐️ just replace it already. Garbage seems scarce in Philadelphia in general. Overall very disappointing for a Hilton brand property.

Well maintained and nice views. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The first room had spoiled sheets, the 2nd room had a bad odor. At 2:30 am I was finally placed in a suitable room.

There was not enough food at breakfast. When I went down around 8:30 they had ran out of much of the food an coffee. They replaced some of it, but it was pretty sad. But the room had a nice view and was fine. The couch bed is VERY uncomfortable so if you’re a grown-up, don’t even try to sleep on it…
