Nice layout Parking so far away

I love staying at the Hilton on City Avenue!! One of my best choices of hotels. The staff are always kind & helpful. My room was perfect! My only dilemma was finding parking on the street. Take it from me…Please pay for parking or utilize valet.

Lobby/restaurant space is great for working if you need to WFH while traveling.

The staff were not very nice. There was no parking anywhere we had to park almost 1 mile walking from the hotel! I didn't like the parking

Cute. Bathroom big. Friendly people working AWFUL parking. For$200 a night couldn't even get free parking A LONG BLOCK AWAY for the night. INSANE. Mattress was super uncomfortable

The front desk and valet staff were wonderful. Hardworking, kind, and patient. Fielded a lot of complaints with grace. The facilities need love: dated, dingy, and dirty. Hair in the shower. TV didn't work. No housekeeping (or communication about what the housekeeping services are). And it was expensive (I also paid for a king, and was given a queen b/c no kings were available).

I went back to the front desk and asked Michael about my room again. He told me it still wasn't ready. I asked if he could contact housekeeping to check on the status, and housekeeping told him to give it five minutes. After waiting another five minutes, I returned to the desk and was assisted by a different employee. Unlike my previous experience, this employee was extremely helpful and was able to get me a room quickly and efficiently. I also noticed that the outside staff were assisting other guests with their luggage but did not offer the same assistance to us. Because of the difference in how I felt I was treated compared with other guests, particularly other guests who appeared to be receiving more attentive service, I left feeling uncomfortable and concerned that my race may have played a role in how I was treated. I cannot say for certain what Michael's intentions were, but the experience made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I hope management takes this concern seriously and reviews what happened

The woman at the front desk upon our arrival was wonderful! She went above and beyond to get us checked in as early as possible and to have our 2 rooms next to each other.

I only stayed one night so I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities or the hotel to give a clear review. I did have one complaint and that was that the toilet seat in the bathroom was cracked and if I was staying longer I would’ve ask for it to be fixed.
