This is an older property. It's clean. It's quiet. There is ample free parking. You will get your money's worth here.

Great hotel for a weekend stay.

The staff were nice, helpful and generally went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location was good and the room was nice. It was very hot and the AC struggled to keep up in the common areas. The room was a comfortable temperature. There were a few things here and there that could have used some maintenance but nothing critical. It was quite quiet except for a fire alarm malfunction during one night of our stay.

Very nice staff and fancy rooms.

Close to my daughter’s school. Coffee in the morning at the cafe. Valet and front staff was very nice! A bit outdated. Valet hours were frustrating. If I needed my car before 7am or came back after 11, it was unavailable.

Location convenience and clean and bed was comfortable The tv remote didn’t work, the phone buttons to reach front desk wasn’t labeled and the wall usb plug didn’t work. I am from philly and occasionally require lodging when in town. The rate for the stay is high for that area in my opinion. I do love the lounge area upgrades. My classmates and I often meet there for fellowship.

Everything and staff was great. Need better service for breakfast. Need at least a microwave in the rooms

During my stay, the hotel experienced both a water and electrical outage, leaving guests without access to basic necessities. I understand emergencies happen and that not every situation is within a hotel’s control. However, how a hotel responds during a crisis is what truly matters. I was in town on a business trip, while my husband and our two young children were staying at the hotel. Without running water and reliable electricity, it became impossible for my family to remain there. As a result, I had to book and move them to another nearby Hilton property at my own expense. I reached out to the hotel and later emailed both the hotel management and Hilton Corporate requesting consideration for reimbursement or compensation due to the disruption. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from either management or corporate. The lack of communication has been the most disappointing part of this experience. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left to find another hotel for my family while trying to fulfill my work obligations. I have always trusted the Hilton brand and understand that unexpected situations can occur. However, I expected much better communication, customer service, and follow-up from both the hotel and Hilton. I hope this review encourages management to improve how they support guests during emergencies and improve customer service.

The stay here was horrible. Watching TV here is very limited as they do not have smart TVs. The second day here, the elevators did not work and was forced to take the stairs in which there were no lights and had to use my phone light to guide my way down stairs. There was also no running in the entire hotel water during my stay, and towards the end of the day (a 90 degree weather day) the air conditioning in the hotel. No sorry for staff, no accommodations. When contacting Expedia about possible refund, they disconnected the call. Horrible.

The staff was very accommodating. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a continental breakfast.
