The hotel is tired and worn. Updates are needed on all bathrooms, flooring, walls and lighting. My room was no thoroughly cleaned and food, makeup and other items were splattered on walls and wood work. Amenities were watered down, 2- tissues, zero bottles of water which I paid a required fee for, and only 1 paper cup! I will not me staying here again.

I’m not sure housekeeping knew my room was occupied. The trash was not emptied on any day of my visit. By day four, dinner from day one was rancid. My linens were never changed - not once - given I was not feeling well - that wasn’t cool - bc having the cold sweats at night meant the sheets needed to be changed. My dirty towels were never picked up and fresh ones only appeared bc the security person who had to be called to let me into my room was kind enough to bring me some at midnight. I stopped at the store and bought toilet tissue bc I was afraid of running out - bc my stomach was upset - I couldn’t count on the hotel for even that minimal level of service. The night staff did come up with a comb on day 3 - after my second request. TBH - the night staff were great, sympathetic and helpful. The day staff - I don’t know what went wrong. I have done 100 nights in hotels this past year in seven countries. This was the worst four nights. The hotel offered to comp the nights or give me points. The GM was supposed to contact me. Still waiting waiting. A hotel stay should not be a country western song.

Room had a musky smell like it was an old cigarette room. Key cards wouldn't work, needed to go back down. Lots of peoples rooms weren't ready at 4 (mine was) but my colleagues had issues. Overpriced bar.

Great lodging experience! The location was convenient to the interstate and my room was clean!

Not as Classy as you would think for a Hilton. Good for a stay with no expectations beyond the usual. Front desk staff Chris was really cool and helpful.

I guess nobody cleans rooms anymore because we never got ours cleaned and after informing them that we would like it cleaned!

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Always nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Microwave was available in the lobby but it was a bit dirt. The parking situation is atrocious. Self parking couple of blocks away from the hotel and then you have to pay. Overall, I still stay at this hotel when I’m visiting friends in Wynewood.

The elevators and my entire floor stank like weed. Remote in my room was sticky and gross.

Very Nice Property and staff. I would definitely stay there again!

Better parking. And bar person

They charge you an arm and a leg. Then you have to pay for parking that you have to walk a couple blocks to get to. They have the smallest refrigerator in the room I have ever seen, no microwave and half a door for the shower. Did have to pay for breakfast but it was very good, beds were comfortable and staff was nice.

On site parking was $25 and the lot was a few blocks away. Lots do do in the area but an on-site restaurant would have been nice. Staff was great and room was very nice.

The standard of this property has dropped. My bathroom had mould on the tile in the shower. It was very easy to see black nasty looking slimey stuff .

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and very approachable! 10/10

For the price we paid, this hotel has no free parking and breakfast. There were two water bottles in the room, but watch out—if you are not a gold or silver member you’ll be charged $3.00 for a bottle of water. At the time of booking we were told that the swimming pool was available but upon checked in, the pool was not available. We were told that someone had oil on them and polluted the pool. They had to clean and drain the pool and were told that the pool would be ready by 6pm. Come the next day, it’s still not available. Will not stay at hotels by Hilton again. The issues were brought up with the manager on duty and he apologized but basically shrugged his shoulders to the nothing that he can do. He could have offered a complimentary breakfast or something… a family with children was also complaining about the pool and he offered the family extra points.
