We actually did not end up staying there. We pulled in to the minimal parking lot and it was very unwelcoming. We arrived after dark and three quarters of the lights on the front of the building were out. It looked pretty sketchy.

I got in late maybe around 5:00 and the room was just barely getting clean. The chair broke on me and I asked to be placed in another room. They denied the request they said they were full and they brought another chair. Also my son wanted to send flowers for my birthday but the front desk advised they wouldn't be responsible or hold them

Everything was wonderful would definitely stay there in

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was great. It's a little bit out of the way but for the price I thought it was amazing.

Me and a few friends had a quick overnight. Free Parking on site was huge bonus. Checkin was easy, room was exactly as advertised. The only hiccup we had was no hot water and the water pressure wasnt great. The room was clean, had a fan (huge plus for me) and easy to find. Id stay again for a quick overnight to the city.

Nothing, it was a seedy, dirty dump.

Parking was hard. Once we didn’t get a spot. Amenities were non existent as was the water pressure. The place was clean and the staff were helpful.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was broken into and the staff couldn’t even show us the camera footage to see who did it. The room was absolutely disgusting and the whole hotel smelled like piss.

The shower was so clean and shinny

HORRIBLE never go here unless you want a terrible stay

The property was fine, staff was excellent (Danny). I did not have any problems, parking was a plus- keep up the good work

Everything was well. The keurig machine in our room was broken and not working. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.
-
TV had some issues and the water pressure was pretty weak, but that might have been because we were on the 4th floor. The staff was great, the whole hotel was super cute and fun. Very nice space, especially for the price!

Enjoy my stay at the Philly and sweet sweets suits

No mini fridge in the room, dirty floors in room. At least I didn’t see any insects
-
Excellent location for all Philadelphia adventures and amazing food to be enjoyed with many stores and historical places throughout the entire city. Just need to explore and be aware of your surroundings. Still a lot of wonderful people that share your enthusiasm for an abundance of experiences to be had.

One thing that I may add, if you should extend your stay, the basic amenities should be given without asking; such as towels, toilet paper, coffee and wherever is needed. Room was extremely clean when I came and was very comfortable, hence my extension and comfortability, also the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Heat radiated from ceiling. Hot to the touch. Air-conditioning had to work hard to keep it cool. The coffee pot didnt work. Overall it was a good one night stay
-
Nothing, my partner and I was bitten by bed by bedbugs

My daughter and I stayed here for a concert. We felt unsafe from the time we pulled up. This place looked like a run down pay by hour motel. The bed skirt looked to have seaman stains on it, the fabric chair had stains all over it, the towels looked dirty, there was hair on the nightstand, only 1 lock on the door and a gap on the bottom of the door about an inch wide. I can go on and on. We were out as soon as we woke up. It was horrible!
