Man that had my name on .the TV screen when I walked in the door welcome me welcoming me into my room the amenities were nice everything was cool we found good stuff to eat with him walking distance there was no problems the room was exceptional

Great customer service. Checked in to make sure everything was comfortably functioning and if I needed anything. Loved the pool. Strong chlorine smell but very clean space.

Clean room. Kitchen was super convenient if traveling with baby. Recommend the valet parking!

Hotel needs too much upkeep.

Well, I booked a suite with 2 double beds and a sofa roll out bet. When we got there, there was no sofa bed. Had to call the front desk to see if we could change rooms or how to mitigate the situation. They gave us a roll out cart which was fine. The bathroom however… I wish I knew that the bathroom was a geriatric shower. There was no tub or shower curtain. No separation between the toilet and the shower. So, just be aware if you book a suite.

On our final night, Aug 11, 2026, we came across a litteral RAT in our room (1014) that crawled under the door from room 1015. A RAT on the 10th floor? Unbelievable. Management was no help whatsoever. Offering points as reimbursement for sleeping with a rat in our room for 3 nights, as of id ever stay in one of these hotels again. DO NOT BOOK HERE, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean, and very comfortable. Good number of towels and other necessities. I really like the kitchenette in these rooms, and there are enough dishes for several people. The room was pleasantly cool when I arrived. Front desk staff were informative and courteous.

All other reviews are true. Jimmy and staff were super helpful. Room clean initially but not cleaned throughout (staff came at 5.30/6pm and refilled supplies). Pool had hair in the bottom and was not clean. This was a bummer because that was the main reason we picked this hotel.
