This is a beautiful property in Philadelphia the staff was very friendly
-
Everything was nice. Just them elevators need to stay working and the breakfast could be wayyy better

The hotel is in desperate need of repair and updating of facilities. The safety bar in our tub came out of the wall. The air unit at one end of the suite did not work. The elevator was out of commission. The room was not cleaned.

The property is in desperate need of repair and updating. Air conditioning was iffy, as was the elevator. The cleaning staff did not vacuum our floor.
-
The pool was broken, no conditioner in shower and su k was clogged.
-
Staff was very helpful when we needed missing items.

We booked the hotel around one of the World Cup games in the city. The reason we picked this hotel was for our kids to use the pool. Every day maintenance was checking out the pool to see if they could open. All 3 days the pool was not open. Front desk staff were trying to be helpful but felt like they knew what question I was gonna ask each day, multiple times a day. They would give a look of "you know damn well what the answer is".

Hotel was good , except for the fact that the staff at lobby wasn't welcoming , they didn't seem to care that guest was checking in and was multi tasking by picking up calls in between. Also as part of amenities it was mentioned parking is available which eventually ended up being paid parking , which could have been mentioned clearly

Terrible terrible

We were not impressed with this location. The valet parking price is unbelievable $45 per night. Then one working elevator for the whole hotel(during the World Cup). The breakfast is definitely two thumbs down. The only plus was the room was cleaned.
-
The air conditioning unit was not operational, the waste receptacle was overflowing with food debris, and the sofa bed was soiled. Additionally, one of the elevators has been out of service for over two days, impacting accessibility to all floors.

Overall , it was a great stay
-
The hot tub no working . 1 elevator no working 30 min for use only 1

Unfortunately our stay at Homewood Suites was very disappointing. No daily housekeeping even though it says that in the amenities, we had to ask housekeeping for fresh towels and to take out the trash. The room had many stains all over every area including throughout the carpet. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner that was supposed to be attached to the wall of the bathroom shower looked like they had been forcibly ripped off the walls and nobody made an effort to reattach them. We will never stay at this location again.
-
The parking valet the one to check in was very rude terrible service, the guy fron valet parking in the morning was nice,
-
The staff was amazing, the room was clean and the space was good, we will come back

I understand that a possible refurbishment of this property is due in October this year. I hope that is so. One of two elevators did not work during our entire five night stay. While the pool and gym are very nice, there air conditioning was out for two of five days during our stay. Only one of two air conditioners worked in our little apartment. The dish washer did not heat dry. The dining room floor was not cleaned for three days because a.piece of toast beneath the table next to mine was crushed in pieces and still present two days after I first saw it. The staff were helpful but struggled to keep up with a failing plant. A Hilton Hotel should never be allowed to fall into such disrepair.
-
No regular coffee by 8:30am, nor dinners plates—only saucer sized plates, vanilla yogurt, only grape jelly packets, terrible tasting potatoes, unappetizing chorizo chicken, smoked chicken and sliced bright pink ham, no body soap in the shower receptive, one other receptical was broken and never replaced, one tv of two had no working remote, only one elevator worked, so we had to share it with service workers, often leaving no room to even get on the elevator. We could smell chemicals in the hall when we exited our room. One sophisticated gent said this particular Hilton was better called a HELLTON. Everyone was complaining.
-
The staff was friendly and we had excellent customer service.

Upon entering the room, there was a scent that was overwhelming. Each time we reentered, the scent was present and did not go away. It smelled of some sort of body or hair product. We booked a one bedroom.suite with a pullout full size sofa bed. The wear other couch was very apparent. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. When we went for breakfast buffet, it was towards the end 9:30am and it got very busy. Howver there was not enough staff ok standby to help with the mess and spills on the floor. I even witnesssd a teen slip overfhe oj. It took af least ten minutes for someone to.come and mop it up. Overwallthe location was convinient, the swimming pool I'd say was very cloudy but fun for our kids. The hot tub was nice and warm. Paying $250 a night was over priced for what we received.
