I don’t like the breakfast Customer service very bad … I asked for towels get it after 3 hr…. Check in took 2 hr ….

Average hotel, not anything worth having about.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The parking and security staff were especially helpful and made me feel comfortable and safe. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to stay here again. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean room

Check in was at 3 got there at 4 however did checked in on app that morning and picked my room. Once at the hotel room was assigned to someone else, my room was moved and i didn’t officially get in my room until 6pm!! Was told that it was all they had left. Once if the room, the microwave was broke, i had to clean the refrigerator it was purple sticky stuff on the handle and inside!!! The pull out bed! Was horrible and disgusting! Brown stains and the mattress cover had dirt or debris on it! It wasn’t from the couch it was covered in holes! Veryyyy nasty!!

This hotel is 4 blocks from the 40th street and Market subway stop which made it very easy to get around the city. There are plenty of amenities ( eg: restaurants and stores) nearby as the hotel sits on the end of the U Penn campus. The morning buffet breakfast was a great perk and the gym was great.

Very poor

I booked this hotel for the pool and jacuzzi, which were both disgustingly dirty and to mention no towels were in sight to dry ourselves. Our room (708) had no A/C whatsoever and even reached 81 degrees at one point, causing one of the guests to get sick. I assume the thermostat in that room is broken because it didn't cool down at all. I'm also not sure if each room comes equipped with a set of hand soap but there wasn't any to be found and the bathroom probably could have been a little cleaner. The bed was extremely comfortable and I absolutely ADORED Rhonda Hurt, the woman in charge of breakfast because out of every person working there, she was the kindest and most hospitable all while being very busy with the breakfast rush. That woman deserves a raise!!👏 The only reason I would ever come back to this location is because of someone like her!

Unfortunately, the second room was also in unacceptable condition. Part of the ceiling appeared to have collapsed because of a leak, the carpet underneath was soaked, and spilled coffee had been left on the TV stand. I considered contacting the front desk again, but it was already late, and after changing rooms once, I just wanted to get some sleep. The following morning, housekeeping opened my door twice while I was still inside because they apparently had not been informed that I had requested a late checkout. This showed a serious lack of communication among the staff. Between the possible smoke coming from the vent, the water-damaged ceiling, the soaked carpet, the poor cleanliness, and the repeated interruptions, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The property needs major repairs, better cleaning, and improved communication between staff members. I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing stay. Staff was awesome and the rooms and amenities were perfect. Would stay again!!!

Good overall. Rooms clean when request maintenance or any help they respond In a quit response

Shirt staff. Rooms are in need of serious maintenance. Hit tub was not clean and no clean towels at the pool area. When asked about pool towels and bed linen costumers were told they were still in the laundry. Air conditioner was not working in our room. They needed to switch our room and in that room the tv had no service. Maintenance came to look at the tv m, said it needed a different remote and never cable back. My son’s room, the eating table was missing a wheel that keeps it stable. The table was leaning against the wall. The phone in that area of the room was pulled out of the wall. No good would knit go back

There's a lot of bar and restaurant options within walking distance. The dayshift staff tried to help find the packages they lost. Parking is $45/night, valet only. The first valet was rude as hell. The rest of the time we waited 15-30 minutes to get our car. They lost the packages I had delivered there. The elevators didn't always work so we'd either be stuck not moving or riding up 5 floors just to ride back down. The pool is so heavily chlorinated that it burned our eyes. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they didn't. We asked for towels and toilet paper (I've never run out of toilet paper at a hotel before) and were told they had to bring it to the room. They didn't and then threw attitude when I went down to the desk the next morning to get them. The room was dirty, paint coming off the ceiling, dirty floors, dirty dishes, non-working lights.
