Great place for the business traveler. Neat and clean. No refrigerators in the room.

Very helpful staff. Was able to stow luggage while visiting colleges in University City.

Our room was well appointed, fresh and immediately comfortable in both design and quality of furnishings. This was true of the bathroom as well. The lobby, large and designed to look like a combination of library with a desk height tables, comfortably upholstered sofas and chairs arranged in loosely defined sitting areas interspersed with displays of art under glass. The lobby is actually one of this hotel’s best amenities. In short, high quality of accommodations and staff feels so normal you might miss realizing how much you appreciate it. With that I would say I received very good value for my stay.

The downside? 1) The shower was completely out of body wash so I had to use shampoo since I was already in the shower at that point, and 2) we ran out of Kleenex (there were maybe 4 or 5 tissues in the box). When I told the lady at checkout, she just nodded, giving me the impression she wasn't going to inform anyone. Also, the carpet appeared to need a deep cleaning--there were visible spots in several areas.

Nice location between Drexel and Penn. Very nice lobby area for studying and reading. Large room with comfortable bed. Only complaint is that wifi had a popup that could not be deleted, so prevented me from using the wifi.

We arrived late and needed to leave early and the staff set up coffee/tea at 4:15am so we would have some. Very very helpful and great clean cozy rooms. Wish we’d had more time to be there!
