Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable.

The place is in super convenient location with attached bar & restaurant, with cafe. Staff at front are very friendly and of course rooms are great!

Location was great They took $250 as a security deposit and have failed to return it several weeks after I checked out. Absolutely no damage whatsoever to the property. My money is stuck in some bureaucratic limbo and the hotel is not doing enough to ensure that I get my money back. I am not happy at all.

The hotel location in the middle of University City gave us easy access to Presbyterian Hospital, train station, and restaurants. I exercise regularly, and the hotel facility was excellent.

Exceptionally clean with abundant space that is well designed. Wall is a little bit thin as I could hear neighbor's dog bark intermittently but otherwise cannot hear TV or people talking from next door. Will definitely come back again.

First time in this hotel, we patronize Hiltons, close to UPenn why chose, minor inconveniences but can tolerate and hotel will compensate, nice restaurant in ground floor (Louie Louie), nice living room to burn time and have drinks, nice staff, breakfast buffet in university club very good for price, overall highly recommended

Whenever I stay in Philly, I chose the Inn at Penn. The staff are friendly and helpful. Valet services are easy to navigate and the hotel/ restaurants are fantastic.

Location location location. The location was perfect for our needs. And far better than the other large hotel down the street. Wish availability was better. I had to stalk the site to find a room!
