The safest I’ve ever felt during a hotel stay. The campus police for Temple U were literally right next-door to the hotel. I will definitely be back.

One of the safest hotels you can stay in Philadelphia. Campus police is within 50m of the hotel parking and the hotel itself, both of which are directly on campus in the heart of Temple.

Great location

We had a really nice stay, the property and room were clean, it was really quiet. Air conditioning was working good The parking is a plus, really worth it. Staff was nice. Would stay there again!

Good Location for the arena and school grounds

Parking is VERY LIMITED! Desk agent had us park in a garage that was 2.5 blocks away. Be aware that garage charges a daily rate as soon as the clock strikes midnight, so for 17 hours of parking, because we did not move the car once parked, we were charge $44.00 for 1 day. That was not explained by the agent. They need to have some type of parking validation as the garage is owned by Temple as well.

Location is everything here. Located on campus of Temple University. Close to Orange line so way to access to Philly via Septa. Furnishings and decor are older but acceptable. Carpet is kinda gross so make sure to bring slippers or shoes to wear in your room.

Rooms show a little age and beds are very very soft/saggy but it was a great location, front desk clerk was super nice and helpful too. The room was very suitable and safe too.

The property was well kept, especially the room. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Parking was convenient and affordable. The premises and room was well-air conditioned. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean

One of my favorite hotels in the Philly area. But I was disappointed that they changed their toiletries because I loved the Bodyography soap so much, I bought a case on ebay.

This is our third time staying here. Staff is always so kind and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Some new upgrades will be coming soon that we're excited about. It sits in a perfect place surrounded by many restaurants and shops that you can shop at well secured area safe and we come here every year for our convention at the Liacouras center. So this sits so close and it's just walking distance. It does need a little TLC but they're all minor things. I highly recommend.

The air conditioning was not working in my room. It was 80 degrees outside so that wasn’t doable. I told the front desk and they recommended opening a window. After I said that’s not acceptable they offered to bring fans. The thermostats are very outdated. But maintenance and cleaning staff were unavailable in the evening. I left and went to another hotel

We were in town for a Dave Matthews concert and found this inn to be super charming. It was easily located on Temple University campus and had a very quaint old school charm to it. No refrigerator or microwave in your room so if that’s a dealbreaker find someplace else. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a Dave Matthews Band concert and found this to beSuper charming, small inn located right on campus at Temple University. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff. We felt super safe as the property is located right across from the campus police not big on amenities so if you need a refrigerator and microwave in your room, you may want to look elsewhere. We had a great day and we definitely stay here again.
