There’s absolutely nothing redeeming about this property. you like the hallway and your room to smell like a moldy wet dog, if you like using a bathroom with the remnants of not one but two different people’s hair, if you like being provided dirty towels and being told you have to go downstairs yourself to get new clean ones, if you like multiple employees knocking on your door an hour before checkout in order to force you out, book here!

The location The room The cleanliness I asked for someone to help me handle the coffee maker, and the lady at the reception promised to send sb, but she never did. So I couldn't use it because I was worried about breaking it down

I was only there for a night but the staff was amazing. My room was right next to the elevator so I heard every conversation of people waiting for the elevator. I had to be up at 4a so it was hard to sleep at first until elevator traffic cooled off.

Check out went very well also. There is no parking on site. A very costly off site parking which is approximately two blocks away was referred.

I am not staying at this property again. Disagree with their cashless policy and placing a $100 hold on my card for possible damage to the room.

Do yourself a favor. Cancel your reservation if you still can .!!! Terrible neighborhood. Absolutely zero parking options . Staff laughing histericaly in the "lobby" . Thank goodness my reservation wasn't even honored. Had to flee to another place
