Best Western Plus Philadelphia Convention Center Hotel

The room is just the right size, bed real comfortable, asked for more pillows, no problems. Staff are very nice, everyone helpful.

Rooms are small / workout room doesn't have much in the way of workout equipment / hallway were dirty. Overall average hotel

General hotel with okay location, clean and comfortable for quite the price, but here it ends with the good things. Very weird receptionist, anxious and worried because someone was waiting on the phone. Nobody told us about the deposit, he just withdrew it with the amount for the stay without saying a word. In the morning there was a ridiculous scene, at exactly 9:30 they hid everything from the breakfast and everyone trying to just get coffee or pitch some sauce they were yelling at - Breakfast is over!

They were not having common baked beans

Just stayed for the night while in town. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Unfortunately there was no hot water or any drinking water available in the lobby.

Service was great, the breakfast was okay and the room was dirty and smelly.

The bed was amazing. Super comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but good.

The bedding was clean, the sink and toilet ok but the bathroom walls were dirty and had blood on them.

Breakfast menu was fresh with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bakes, fruit a variety for everyone. We enjoyed our stay

The rooms were OK Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. We had to pay $50 for parking. Homeless and garbage everywhere on sidewalk. Bad section of town.

This hotel was great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also felt safe in the area because there was a lot of foot traffic. I would stay here again.

It was close to the venue. The price was jacked up because of the event. No insight parking.

I booked the stay because of the central location. I had an early flight, and needed to have my bags held. The staff at the desk was not helpful AT ALL. I had to put my bags in the store room by myself, which I thought was unusual. I had my doubts if my bag was going to be there when I came back. But aside from that, the stay was okay. The room was clean enough, and the location and is the best part about the hotel.
