breakfast was good and convenient. conceige was helpful.

Nice big room and big bathroom. Very clean both in the room and out of the room, such as in the hallways and lobbies. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've ever had. We do wish that we had understood the parking a little better. There is no parking at the hotel and we had to figure out how to get our luggage unloaded and then be able to park our vehicle. They do have valet service but we really didn't want to pay that extra amount.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. We only stayed overnight for a concert.

Location Asked for towels and were never brought

We arrived by rental car and there was no place to park outside of the hotel when we arrived. We called them and they provided an unloading spot for us and then valet parked our car for the night. We ended up having a purchase from our snack area dinner with them at their bar, and one of the hotel employees was our bartender and we had an altogether enjoyable evening with him! Wish we could have stayed longer but had to keep going on our adventure. cheaper parking! The most we paid anywhere on our trip.

Everything was neat clean breakfast was great zero issues

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were thrilled to find a microwave in the room as well- that was a bonus. The location was superb- central enough where we could walk in any direction we wanted and could hit up all the main sights within 20-30min. The water jugs in the lobby were a nice touch and much appreciated in the summer heat. The breakfast was also substantial, with a good variety of hot and cold items. The staff were also very accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and managed to get our room right away. We paid a fee for this but it meant everything to have a place to rest much earlier than we anticipated! Housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned at all. It was mentioned, housekeeping would come every second day but we never had anyone come at all. We aren’t fussy and we managed with our one set of towels and empty bottle of body moisturizer etc. but it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once.

Location, clean, price. Came up for a bike race and everything was great. Limited channels on tv but not a big deal. There two plugs on the nightstand, only the one on the right worked.

Liked proximity to Chinatown and many restaurants, shops and attractions. Good sized rooms, cost comparable to other hotels in the area and free breakfast.

There was no place to stage your vehicle to unload luggage and . Lack of direction as to where to park temporarily to get unloaded.

Good bar, gym, and walkable location Was a bit rough outside the door, and valet parking a rip off - had to park 10 minutes walk away

Amazing staff! They were all so friendly and helpful, I felt like family to each person I interacted with. Can't say enough good things about the employees there!! Room was spacious and clean, I was only there one night but wish I had more time to explore, great location!
