Reviews
-
Not the best location for safe walking to the museum locations.
-
Had to ask for towels.
-
Otherwise pretty basic Hampton Inn.
-
Breakfast was very good. Rooms were not cleaned daily which was a disappointment. Bathroom needed an update. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.
-
The hotel is outdated, the AC didn’t work at the beginning of our stay; the lobby was very warm and the customer service wasn’t great either. The rooms were dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and hosted. The environment was nice and comfortable.

I checked in early (for a fee) and wanted to take a nap after unloading my luggage. I opened the bedding to lay down and there were brown stains on the sheets and under side of the comforter. The bathtub also looked like I needed shower slippers. The woman at the front desk was SUUUUUUPER sweet and accommodating. There were no cleaned rooms available at the time so she put me on the list for housekeeping. After about an hr she called to let me know there’s a new room available for me and apologized deeply for the inconvenience. The bathroom in the new room was in better condition and I did find a small stain on one of the beddings but I was tired and didn’t feel like going through all that again. 2/2 so the odds that a 3rd room would have clean bedding was very slim. Valet attendants were nice. Housekeeping was very friendly. Breakfast was edible. The only good item are the waffles. Everything else was visible off in some way shape or form but edible. The cookies in the lobby were good as well

The staff at the reception was very courteous. The hotel is well located, in front of the convention center and a walking distance of downtown. the elevators could have been cleaner, but the hotel was very busy with tourists.
-
Staff was great and friendly. Security was greatly appreciated. The location was great I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The AC was greatly appreciated during the heat wave. Was not the cleanest. Cleaning staff on multiple occasions were sitting on the tables in the hall. The bathroom was rusted and the caulking was gross. Also, having staff and guests smoking right outside the entrance was difficult to walk through.
-
The location is superb! All the amenities and services were excellent during our visit.
-
Very helpful with places to dine, and how far so we could walk or get an uber
-
Overall, impressed what you get for the price, a hotel centrally located that is modern, spacious, and clean. Front desk very helpful. Amenities include: (1) large rooms (for a city center) - (2) small but useful snack area in lobby (pay at the front desk) - (3) helpful, fully staffed front desk, with parking and porter attendants outside - (4) refrigerator and microwave in room. The downside: A rather dismal breakfast buffet, but, I should add, these free breakfasts are almost always dismal unless you go to an boutique hotel--and Hampton Inn makes no claim to be either small or boutique.

Location is good. Staff is friendly
-
Starting 7am I could hear all the city noise. The windows are either not double glass or terrible quality. I arrived at midnight so I was planning to sleep in. That did not happen
-
Clean, friendly staff Breakfast was disappointing
-
Great location. Helpful staff and good breakfast.
-
Front desk staff isn’t very helpful and most of the fitness equipment in the fitness room is not serviced or working. No signs that they are repairing or that is temporary. Hand sanitizer is always out everywhere.
-
Rooms weren't cleaned once even though we stayed there for 4 nights. AC was way too loud, had to turn it off in order to sleep. Just needs better cleanliness and staying here should be okay.
-
The breakfast was terrible, and during our four-day stay, the room was never cleaned.
-
We were there for four nights. No one went to clean or put clean towels for all four days. When I went ask for at least an extra towel since we were in 4 and had just 3 towels, they didn’t have anything available. A huge mess!
