Pretty clean, could’ve been better. I found a 1 cm piece of someone’s else’s skin in the sheets of the bed. The lotion dispenser was empty which was frustrating as someone who lotions up after every shower. Hallways smelled of weed a lot of the time and when they didn’t, it just smelled stale. Breakfast was great. Staff very kind and helpful. Convenient location. As an out-of-towner it would’ve been helpful to know that the entrance is not actually on Race Street, but on N.13th St. Signage for the valet was sparse, and I got a parking ticket when I parked for 15 minutes to check in and inquire about the valet.

The room we had was large and clean. We had issues with the safe and the tv which were sorted quickly. The breakfast was disappointing, not enough seating, plastic plates and cutlery and a disappointing selection. Staff were very helpful when I fell and cut my face but it was a surprise to find that there was no first aider on site and the first aid kit was missing

The breakfast bar was good. There were plenty of options to appeal to many different tastes and preferences. It was particularly nice to come back to the hotel after spending the day walking around the city and finding fresh baked, warm cookies and water waiting in the lobby. The beds were hotel beds and comfortable ( I am used to a waterbed so any standard bedding is going to be stiff to me). The location was alright. It was in the city so parking was outside unless you wanted to pay $75 / day to park in a garage. Parking. We got to the hotel later at night and were unable to find the hotel's garage entrance that would allow us initial entry at 9 - 10 pm so we parked in an open lot two blocks down which was a little inconvient as far as unloading luggage. Read carefully when making reservations I thought I had read that parking was included in the hotel fee not an additional fee per day so that added to our budget.

This is an okay hotel for the price, a bit dirty and not well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good and was close to the activities we were doing around town. It was even within walking distance to some attractions.

The guest services check-in hostess Katrina was amazing, she was very helpful to everything that I requested during the stay. The hotel itself was OK, only one trash can in the room, so looked messy… the water was very light, no pressure not what I’m used to in a Hotel. the breakfast was ordinary nothing exciting. The location was great as far as being downtown Central Philadelphia.

Great location in the city center. Just minutes walk from Convention center, Central market and historical places. Parking is the main issue with this hotel. There are a few public parking options nearby, but since I arrived at midnight, I didn't want to walk alone with my bags through the streets at night. I opted for their valet parking. While convenient, it is very expensive at $75 (including tax). Furthermore, we were told it was a flat 24-hour rate, but in the morning, we were informed we had to pick up the car by 4:00 PM or face a late fee of $35 per hour. After speaking with the staff and the manager, he kindly allowed us to pick up the car at 6:00 PM without the extra fee. While I appreciated that gesture, the overall experience and communication regarding the parking rules were quite disappointing.

Staff was warm and kind. When we arrived to our room, a dirty rag was on the floor. There was popcorn on the floor near the couch. Other than that, the room was fine. Valet parking was a joke. It rained during our entire stay. The valet would bring me my key (the car would be parked across the street). They never omce walked my wife to the car with an umbrella. I asked to borrow an umbrella while we walked to the car and then had to cross the street to bring it back. For $75 a day, I would expect better service from a valet. The public parking lot is next door. We probably should have elected to just use it.
