Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia - Convention Center, PA

We did not eat there. Parking

Very good

The room was really nice and very big. Nice bathroom. The kitchen was great, especially having real dishes and silverware. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was great. Parking available at the hotel was quite expensive. We parked two blocks away and it was MUCH cheaper. The breakfasts could have been better. The egg "patties" need to be replaced with real eggs. However, the biscuits were delicious!

Great location. The property does show it's age but generally well kept. The staff was very accommodating. Overall, a comfortable stay in an amazing location, right across from the Reading market. Also, the Kyuramen and matcha places next door are amazing as well.

Definitely would stay here again. Great location, staff and rooms.

Great location and decent hotel for the price. Have stayed here twice great walking distance to all the things. Staff was amazing!

Hotel was nice and in a perfect spot in Philadelphia. Unfortunately we saw a mouse in our hotel room but staff was fast to assist and switched our room.

Good

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable with decent amenities. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had with good choices. Only feedback was on layout with sliding doors for eggs and bacon making it hard for more than one person to get food at a time. But good food quality.

I was in the hotel for less than 10 hours. Room was big and clean and had everything needed. Comfortable bed. Good design

Bad

Nice and clean. The floors were quiet

Exceptional

great

Great place to stay and very convenient if you are going to any of the sports complexes the train dropped you right out front of the stadium

Felt disgusting in my room. Sheets were dirty, counters not wiped down, boogers on the wall, pink mold behind toilet seat showing it hasn’t been cleaned. Kitchen sink wasn’t even attached under the counter.extra sheets for pull out sofa not sealed and comforter stained.

Room could have been cleaner. AC didn’t work well. It never fully cooled off. Room had two microwaves but neither of them worked.

Great location and the room was nice.

Location was good! Right across from the Reading Terminal Market, which was great for food options. Not a far walk from Trader Joe’s too. We had a kitchenette-fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, dishwasher. Very convenient. Also had a 24/7 laundry room, which was an added bonus! And also a hot buffet breakfast, which was super helpful to get our day started.

The breakfast was overly processed food, fake. Hot food was cold. The hotel kept the temperature in the lobby, and where breakfast was held, at 86 degrees. Too hot to enjoy sitting in the lobby to relax or enjoy breakfast. It was cooler outside.
