Great staff and customer service!

Central location. Spacious room.

The room was amazing! Staff fantastic. Extra friendly. Location is convenient to food and parking.

Hotel room was fine, a little worn around the edges but no big deal. Was impossible to get ahold of the front desk trying to find the hotel/where to park at night. Then couldn’t ever reach front desk by the phone in the room. We had to go down each time. The other staff guy was prompt in getting us more towels and linens for the pullout, so that was helpful. Otherwise, no sheets for pullout. Parking is next door for like $65 extra.

Checking in at late night was not good. Unable to find the hotel from parking building. No from desk person answered phone calls.

Great location by the convention center and public transportation. Overall a good experience.

Did not ask me for my Hilton Honors member before checking in, then I just called in and she refused to add it "What do you want me to do about that", she said with a snarky tone. I politely asked for an emailed receipt twice, once when I checked out and again on the phone and the same girl hung up on me. The breakfast is overcooked and no good.

The hotel was very conveniently placed for my trip and offered great value.

Perfect location to attend a baseball game. Traveled with 3 adults and 3 small children room was perfect.

Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff.

Our rooms weren't ready, amd it was after 4pm, but we were quickly accomodated. We were told we were upgraded to queen size beds from full. We laighed as we all know, hotels don't usually have full sized beds! Nice attempt to sound importantt and helpful though!

Stayed here for the Noah Kahan concert. Conveniently located to the subway and close to terminal marker.

Beds have to be old as the city themselves you can feel the springs in them. Pillows… two of their pillows make one reg pillow. Also loud music all hours of the night on the street. None helpful staff.

Room and bathroom were not clean, there were no less than 8 hairs in the shower that were certainly not mine. The floor was filthy, the bottom of my socks were dirty after walking around the room for a short while, and there was a small pile of what looked like coffee grounds or crumbs of some sort. It made it clear to me that the room hadn't been vacuumed ahead of my arrival. Additionally, there were no bath towels, I had to call for them. While that's not a big deal on its own, in combination with everything else it painted a picture of the standards at this hotel. Sorry to say I will not be returning.

It was ok, the room was spacious and quiet. The staff was nice.

Of the other places we stayed on our road trip. Area did not feel safe at night.
