AF Stays - Philadelphia Convention Center

The beds were very comfortable. 3 doors requiring codes to enter with a very narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. The 1st door was disgustingly dirty and the carpeting on the 2nd floor needed vacuuming/cleaning badly. The bath room was clean but the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and a fresh paint job was badly needed.

Close to EVERYTHING!! was just what we needed for overnight. Vacuum the stairs and carpets, heavily soiled.

cleanliness was poor

I was nervous when I saw how dirty the hallways were. The place could use a serious deep clean.

Laundry & the private bathroom Couldn't watch TV because I don't have a membership for Netflix or Disney channel

Cant beat this location. beds were comfy. theres a shared kitchen and fridge that were nice to have. Stairs up are dirty but not a big deal. the restaurnt underneath does play loud music but its off at midnight. if you go to bed early and like silence you will hate this place but it was not a problem for us.

The different codes entering the building, not having any windows in the room, the carpet having stains on them, and the WORSE of all is the noise coming from the Japanese restaurant downstairs. Believe what everyone in the review section is telling you, that restaurant plays music past 2 am. BELIEVE ME when I tell you, the music stopped at 5 am.

To be fair, I booked this to drop my things and explore the city. For this, the rental was worth it. But the NOISE at night. If you are in need of a decent night of sleep DO NOT book this room. If you are dropping your bag and going to be out all night, then this rental will do.

The bathroom stinks

Property was run down. The rugs in the stair case are disgusting. The property looked like it could use a fresh new coat of paint.

The location was great - it was close to y work events. The staff was helpful and accommodating when I messaged with special requests. The restaurant downstairs play extremely loud music. The hallway rugs were a bit worn and dirty.

I liked the properties proximity to the convention center. I valued the security and the fact someone needs four codes prior to getting into any room. The bed, tv, and other furniture were nice additions to the room and helped it feel more comfortable. The property could be a little cleaner. The cobwebs, dirt, and cluttered stairs made entering the building a little uneasy. One small addition that could go a long way is making sure every room has a mirror available. It’s nice to make sure you look presentable without having to walk down the hallway. The only other thing I didn’t like which was an issue the first night only was the loud music being played from the downstairs restaurant.

NA We were told that we would be able to enter our room by 3:00 PM. However, we had tickets to venues, and it was close to 4:00 PM before we were finally notified the room would be available. We made the decision since there was no place to leave the luggage not to wait for the room and booked another nearby hotel so we could be on time for our event.

Location The stairs carpet was not hygienic, guess it crests bad smell.

There was a horrible odor, there were stains on the carpets, the hallway was very sketchy. I was extremely tired from being on my feet at The Roots picnic all day & was looking forward to chilling. I walked in and realized I wouldn't be able to have a relaxed slumber, so I booked myself a late night Amtrack to go home.

There was strong smell of smoke everywhere. inside the house, out the hall way. Do not stay there despite stating it is smoke free. They will NOT refund my money. do NOT stay here.

nothing. a windowless room? no humans anywhere online or onsite to help. they should be shut down.

I couldn’t get in the front door because I wasn’t told that another button needed to be held down . No tv to watch unless you had your own account access . Walking into the building was so dirty trash everywhere , no pressure at all taking a shower
