I liked everything about the property

Very helpful staff, clean rooms at a convenient location.

The front desk attendant was very nice, The facility wasn’t terrible but not as nice as other HGIs. The breakfast was terrible and over-priced. The cashier at the breakfast buffet completely ignored us. The area didn’t feel super safe.

No valet parking or help with bags. The parking garage attached has a clearance of 6ft 3in. Not sufficient for a full size truck.

No towels to your room. Very bad staff at the front desk. It’s in a very dirty street. Very expensive fot these kind of hotel

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! I fell coming out of elevator and the Housekeeping Manager Lakeisha was there to pick me up! She also had a shower chair brought to my room. I couldn’t use it however because it was a little too big for the tub and it didn’t feel safe.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. Very positive experience.

Great Hotel in a very nice location

Plus they let us check in early. Which was a great help to both of us.

Es un hotel que necesita una remodelacion, es viejo , las habitaciones oscuras, las alfombras sucias. El aseo en general de la habitación cumple y tiene una buena ubicación. A una cuadra tienes estación de metro, market, avenida principal muy y las principales atracciones las puedes realizar caminando inclusive Rocky que es lo más alejado. Las tarifas no incluyen desayuno pero al frente o a la vuelta tienes el market para desayunar .

The cafe and grill was good and, the bartender John, was nice.

Location is great! Close to the market, the train, and a short walk to Old Town and Chinatown. Property was very clean, front desk staff helpful.

Beautiful hotel! Junior suite was nice with a corner room & cool view! Great location in China Town & easily walkable to lots of cool stuff in the city!

We loved the location, and it worked well for a quick overnight stay.

I have family that lives in Philadelphia and we stay here often. I’ve stayed at several different hotels, but this is my favorite due to location, affordability and outstanding service.

The hotel says cleaning will happen every other day, but that was not the case in our room. Otherwise, it was a clean, well-located hotel.

Amazing location! It’s near everything and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
