The hotel was nice so I gave it a 4 out 5. The staff was exceptional. They were very attentive and kind. My only complaint or issue was that the room a/c. It cycled really loud and was somewhat of a distraction. Overall I would stay again at this location because of the staff and convenience to my desired attractions.

Brandon at the front desk greeted us with an electric smile and helped us stole our luggage until our room would be ready later that day. We spent four nights at this wonderful facility and each time we walked by the front desk Brandon would smile and ask us how we were doing and if we needed anything. We even commented about him staying later than he expected on multiple days… You wouldn’t have known based on his sunny disposition! It was fabulous to be right in the heart of Philadelphia and be part of the World Cup festivities and to help the 250th birthday of US Democracy! My umbrella got confiscated at the World Cup game… Brandon gladly lent me an umbrella for the remainder of our stay! We had five packed days, but still have many more Philadelphia attractions to see. When we come back, we will definitely be staying at the Four Points Sheraton! We also loved the staff at Eggs and Ale the on-site restaurant! Delicious food and AMAZING drinks! THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE FOR MAKING US FEEL AT HOME!❤️🇫🇷

Good for business travel especially for proximity to the convention centre. The warning to not venture out after 9:00pm were concerning so we stayed put in the hotel. Nice rooms.

Pricey. Also the parking was expensive. But overall, it was OK. I would stay there again. I would just plan for the expenses more so ahead of time.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! The restaurant had a great breakfast. The hotel was in a good location and we were able to walk to the historical sites. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by a serious HVAC issue during the early morning hours. The room became extremely hot, followed by a loud explosion-like sound from the HVAC unit and an unusual odor that raised a safety concern. What was most disappointing was the delayed response after multiple attempts to contact the front desk. Having to leave my room barefoot and in a robe and wait approximately 45 minutes for assistance was extremely stressful. I expected a faster response and better support during a situation where I felt unsafe.

Jordan was amazing! I am hard of hearing and never had an issue with check in. I felt like I was a bother when returning cards in the morning. Needs to be a box to drop keycards

The location of the hotel turned out to be really good because it was within walking distance of the Reading Market - which had a lot of choice for eating. It was also convenient for us to transit to Franklin Field where our running races were at New Balance. It's on the edge of of some sketchy areas, but nothing that concerning for being in the middle of downtown. But the hotel itself was good. It was pricy because of New Balance Outdoor Nationals and the World Cup games. There is no way our rooms are worth $500/night (a Friday).

The rooms were really nice- loved that there was a bar but i didn’t end up using it. The staff was super helpful and friendly

The staff and the room were great. Will stay here in the future.

The proximity to the convention center was great. A few minutes walking distance to the convention centre and the iconic Reading Market. The rooms were clean. A bit dated but in the city centre - really nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. We did not have a car so no parking.

Convenience to convention center

We arrived a little earlier than expected, and they managed to sort out a room for us with no issue. The gentleman on receipt was exceptionally helpful. Although we don't use it much when on holiday, the TV signal was not working. It wasn't a problem, and we were only in the room for a short while, so never raised it as an issue. (I'm sure they would have fixed it immediately or moved us to another room if it was a problem - the staff were very accommodating and happy to help). The breakfast coffee was cold and needed topping up, although I suspect this was because the staff were busy checking people out of the hotel.

The small room was so clean and cozy and the worker at the front desk was very sweet and professional I don't like the shower head I wish they upgraded it to the adjustable shower head

nothing- do not stay here unless you like to take chances. This hotel is a joke! The card that I had booked the reservation through did not go through when charged the morning of our stay at 11:45AM, they sent me an email threatening to cancel the reservation if they did not hear back from me by 5PM. I was driving so did not get this the email until after I arrived in Philly, I called them at 4:26PM and was told my room had been cancelled and they were sold out. They did not seem to care that we were now stuck in Philadelphia without a place to stay the night. I do not recommend! PLUS THERE IS NO PARKING AT THIS HOTEL AS ADVERTISED - THEY ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM

Room was very clean and comfortable

The address for hotel isn't accurate; the noted address of 1201 Race Street the GPS leads you to the side street with no hotel signage. The address should be updated to correctly reflect the address on South 12th street not Race Street.
