Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center

Bed was good - location was good for convention center Cobworkers air conditioner broke every night and she got the run around from staff - it would get fixed and break again an hour later -

Also, not sure if this has anything to do with the hotel streets or not, but we had like 3 Ubers cancel on us when they were just a block away. Super frustrating because it made us run late to the event we were here for. Maybe it’s related to the location, maybe it’s not ? Just a heads up for future guests. BUT it was generally very clean - the room, bathroom and lobby. Although we didn’t go into the restaurant it seemed nice and very convenient. The doors also lock at night and you have to use your key card. So that helped make me feel safer. If you’re looking for something affordable and can deal with the noise then it’s worth the money.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn’t touched once. No trash service. No towels. Nothing. We had to ask for towels each night. Pretty frustrating for paying money to stay at a Marriott property.

Location was good. We couldn’t believe that they only left one bottle of water for 2 people in the room. No parking was a bummer.

My room was barely cleaned while I was there. There were hairs in the shower and on the toilet. The next day after housekeeping came through, the hairs were still there. In-room coffee and creamer were not replenished. Walking down Race street in either direction from the hotel felt very sketchy. Walking towards center city I felt safe.

Proximity to convention center and the historic district of Philadelphia. Clean and safe with paid parking across the street. The parking is not the best bargain but convenient

Nice, clean, and quiet

I can’t say the hotel staff were particularly friendly, but I don’t think the issue was really with them. From what I could tell, the hotel’s systems and processes are quite poor, and the front desk staff don’t seem to have the authority to resolve the issues caused by those systems. Overall, it was a rather strange experience.

I did not get their names but the front desk staff upon check in were great. Super friendly & professional and the check in process was pleasant and quick.

Good overall. Would be nicer to be less dim in the room
