Clean and comfortable rooms. Who charges for internet usage in a room that costs close to $500 a night? Bad policy

The room was very clean. This bed was not very comfortable.Need new mattress. Water 8 dollars is ridiculous. Why not just make the room 5 dollars more and free water? This is obviously not a quiet lobby which is fine.The plugs for wifi are gone. Too many people working in lobby. The elegance is not there. I would say you cater to convention groups. ,,,

Property is located steps away from Reading Termial Market. Philly is really walkable so the location is perfect. There is ample amount of elevators so no long wait to get to and from your room. The city view from the room is nice as well.

The entire building was in excellent repair and fashionable. Great restaurant and room services. The lounge had loud music and was not conducive to relaxing conversations.

This hotel is our favorite when traveling to the city. It’s clean, located in a wonderful area and the staff is beyond amazing.

Great location- This hotel is in right in the center of Center City Philly and near a subway stop. Walk to any of the main philly attractions. The hotel is in an Art Deco building that used to be a bank or financial office of some kind. It's got a subtle marquee entrance at the sidewalk that has music playing. When you walk out, it feels like youre in a movie as you hit the street. Inside, its statuesque marble, high ceilings. We were there during the World Cup and the vibe was electric with everyone hanging out there to watch the games on their big screen. The rooms feel big and solid. I've stayed here twice in Philly and was impressed both times with the facility and location. Everything was clean and in good condition. A great place to base out of for a trip to Philly.

This stay was nice for two days in Philadelphia. It was in walking distance of a lot things we wanted to see. I do suggest buying water from the cvs down the street if you are staying longer.
