But Lobby bar was always full and too close to actual hotel services,you have to walk past or through a crowd to get to the elevator. Plan different exit/entry if they have an event. Grab n go cafe in Lobby is more suited to outsiders than than hotel guests. And closes early.

I liked most everything except the cost of the room and the actual charge for parking. Low brow and sad. Cost of parking and room wasn't really worth the cost

Always love the Loews brand. Consistently clean, friendly, and helpful. Love the valet parking. The Philadelphia location is built in a beautifully renovated old bank where they have kept the charm. Love the lounge area for sports and a nightcap before bed.

Location and staff were great Some elements of the old seem older and the room service food wasn’t as good as it used to be a few years ago.

Everything good but Elelvators took forever sometimes

Restaurant and bar has great food and super friendly staff. Hotel staff is nice. Don’t bother calling for room service, house keeping, or anything related. They won’t come. Called multiple times for various items. Not one staff member ever came. Overall hotel is fine. Nothing spectacular.

Only the location and the view from our room was worth while but it was not worth the price for the value.
