Great location, friendly staff, well-maintained property!

Good location and nice size rooms. Staff was very friendly and nice lobby area.

Nice hotel

Property is located steps away from Reading Termial Market. Philly is really walkable so the location is perfect. There is ample amount of elevators so no long wait to get to and from your room. The city view from the room is nice as well.

Restaurant and Reception staff were very friendly and helpful

This hotel is our favorite when traveling to the city. It’s clean, located in a wonderful area and the staff is beyond amazing.

Nice place to stay. A little pricey compared to other nearby hotels.

This stay was nice for two days in Philadelphia. It was in walking distance of a lot things we wanted to see. I do suggest buying water from the cvs down the street if you are staying longer.

Fantastic hotel and area. The staff was amazingly helpful even when we changed our reservation. Highly recommend both for facilities and for customer service.

We had a really pleasant experience when staying here. From the garage attendant to the concierge everyone was so nice and willing to talk to my family and I about a whole range of topics aiming to make us feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and didn't feel ostracized at all when we brought our young dog with us. We will absolutely come back to this hotel when we come through Philly again. The front desk was extremely helpful and worked with us to help us make sure we were comfortable in our room with our kids as well

I stayed four nights at the Loew’s Hotel for a work conference and had a great experience. Not only was the staff welcoming at check in, the cleaning staff and bellhops were always friendly throughout my stay! Property was clean, room service was fast, and the guide books/tv spotlight channel were helpful. The only real inconvenience was the elevator, but that could sometimes be due to user error. I would definitely suggest this hotel for future travelers!

The hotel bar is an absolute must! Be sure to ask for Gabe—he’s an incredible bartender who crafts amazing artisan cocktails. He made the best Amaretto Sour I’ve ever had, and his Espresso Martini was outstanding. If you’re staying at Loews, don’t miss the chance to stop by the bar and let Gabe make you a drink. Highly recommended!
