Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City

The hotel was in a terrific location just off Market Street and close to a Phlash bus stop giving easy access to lots of places of interest. The room was on the 5th floor overlooking a square and was spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and bright. The bar and dining room were beautifully decorated for Halloween and the staff made us very welcome! One small blip was one of the reception staff with the black scarf was a little rude on one occasion when asked to access the residents lounge. Overall we were delighted with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Philly.

Had a great stay here. Hotel is in an easy spot for walking and catching local buses. Room was nice. Bedding clean and comfortable. Liked the refillable water bottle and fridge drawer. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel. I like renovated older properties. Only gripe was the cost - way to high when I stayed.

Perfectly positioned to enjoy all of the foundational American attractions and the rest of downtown Philly

We plan to stay here every time we come to Philly. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we didn’t need taxis or Uber during our stay—only transportation to and from the airport.

It wasn’t as nice as it looked online. For the price, I was expecting a much nicer hotel.

A very pleasant stay! The room we had was a true highlight! It was spacious and comfortable! The only thing was the air con was a little bit loud when it would kick in and times, but we slept very well. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff are very friendly as well! Really made the experience of visiting Philadelphia for the first time enjoyable! Would stay here again. It was very luxurious!

Amazing stay perfect location Go Birds

I believe a refrigerator and microwave are standard amenities and shocked they weren't provided. At least put a microwave on each floor by the water/ice dispenser.

Very well maintained and great location

I had items stolen from my room during my stay in July. I filed a report with the hotel staff and they were supposed to follow up with my that same day. No one called and every time that I call or email, it has been unanswered. They are ignoring me and I haven’t received a refund or reimbursement.

I would stay again everything was excellent

I stayed one night but had a great time. The hotel was very cute, staff was helpful, it was such a vibe. I cannot find one bad thing to say. I love the location. So easy to walk to places. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was warming and welcoming and the hotel was clean and modern. We would have loved a room service option but other than that no complaints!
