Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City

Canopy is a beautiful hotel and very comfortable. The service was fantastic. Front desk staff were helpful and fulfilled every request we had. It's in a great location and close enough to walk to many of the historical sites and restaurants.

While the hotel itself was visually appealing and clean. The front desk seemed nice enough. I had no issues with valet. However, room was smaller than expected. But to be fair, they list the square footage. The room door didnt shut all of the way unless you pulled it. The bathroom door doesn't lock and has a small gap. The big one is no microwave in the room. The in-drawer cooler didnt work and ai couldn't get the safe to work. The most comfortable firmness level of a bed is subject but it was too soft for my wife so it made her body's ache.

Great place to stay, convenient to alot of places by foot. Hotel is beautiful and staff were great. Love the convenient valet parking. Would definitely stay again

Good value, great service, nice restaurant, and excellent location.

Upon arrival, rooms were not ready until 7pm. We never received a notification and had to wait around the hotel to finally get into the rooms. The staff was completely overwhelmed. We stayed here during the World Cup which you would think would be managed with even more precision and care but it was the opposite experience. The next day, our rooms were not cleaned (we stayed 3 nights), it took the valet over 1 hour to retrieve our car, and the staff was expressing to patrons how they were going to have breakdowns if this continued. I totally appreciate how hard this work is but paying nearly $2000 to stay there for a few nights and it being a 4-star hotel, one would expect a lot better. The hotel itself is nice, location great, but next time, Hilton, do better.

Doors sticking, lots of issues with plumbing. Tried to call desk a few times and gave up. Lack of refrigerator in room is rather inconvenient I have not been anywhere that did not have one checked website and sure enough it’s not listed.

First, the staff was excellent. The room was advertised as “city view” which, as it turns out, means “view of the HVAC system of the adjacent building “. The room had no proper sitting area and about half the room is dedicated to the commode, shower and wash basin. Obviously an old building where they had constraints but not a friendly space. Just a bed in midtown.. nothing special.

Clean room

This hotel is the best of the best. The service is top notch. Decor is modern and interesting (Basquiat theme). The food in the restaurant was really good. This team cares about, and is really good at hospitality. This staff gives The Four Seasons competition. Excellent job, and we will return!

Clean, great location.

The furniture in the lobby and the rugs everywhere needed a steam clean. There were also several other need regarding the furniture, such as steam cleaning, touchup paint, and general refreshing. We did enjoy our stay there and were able to walk to almost every place on our agenda. We enjoyed being very close to the reading marketplace. There was no pool, and no rooftop as one of the photos appears to be.

Great location that’s walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and stores. I’d stay here again.
