ROOST East Market

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment felt spacious compared to a hotel room and the staff seemed ready to accomodate for guests with children. The floor to ceiling window were stunning and the community areas were clean and well-equipped. Empty luxury apartment building vibes, for better or worse. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable/thin. Some of the finishings are a little awkward (bathroom hand towels far from sink, no towel for the floor outside the shower, some light switches don't clearly correspond to anything and you'll hunt down lamp switches).

Room was beautiful. There were some cracks and holes in certain areas but it wasn’t a big concern. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. The stay was that amazing and I proposed to my fiancee in the room.

Overall the experience was good and with one exception. The staff was good. The air conditioner was extremely loud and only operated at high speed. We mentioned this to the front desk and asked them to have it repaired but that did not happen which made the unit unusable if you wanted to sleep there

Highly recommended! Roost East Market is a great location in Philly for any reason of your staying. The hotel provides warm welcome, great staffs and great services during our staying, the 3rd floor indoor library and outdoor rest villa deck definitely relax all guests. Manager Sam helps our long stay check in with very efficient and friendly welcome. We love to stay in Roost again if any.

This location is great for accessing all amenities in the city centre. We walked to most locations and felt safe. This location is located close to a hospital which resulted in occasional sirens. Also, this location does not come with a parking spot, which I didn't know. The cheapest garage we found was on 10th and Ludlow "Autopark at Jefferson" and it was $36USD for 24hrs.

April 2026, Pool was being serviced so didn't get to use it. But everything else was wonderful times ten.

Roost is a great location with nice management place that you absolutely will like to stay for vacation or business. Roost has designed welcome lobby and facilities for all guests to enjoy and relax. Great staffs and clean rooms make you feel extremely homey. Highly recommended!!!!

Excellent space Nothing

We really like having a 1-bedroom apartment with a small efficient kitchen. The common area upstairs, with free coffee was really nice! The TV in the living room required you to add your own personal passwords in order to watch things.

The ROOST East Market really felt like home during our stay in Philly. The room itself was a proper apartment, and the additional amenities, including the pool lounge, and roof deck were more than we expected, especially for the price.
