No waters. If you want drink， You need to Pay for it. I have never ever lived in such a Recesidence inn like that。

Hotel was decent, relatively central to downtown Philly. Gym was the best amenity. Breakfast was okay.

Overall the place was just okay. Nothing really stood out and it felt old and worn down even though it was still pricey. I don’t think it was worth the price but the location is good. We were out late and when we got back to our hotel at midnight we go to shower and noticed they didn’t even refill the body wash so we didn’t have any to use and had to use shampoo for body wash! The breakfast was nothing special. Also not sure why the tv was so old and small. The hotel definitely needs a revamp. I’m not sure if we would stay here again but the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

- Breakfast is included and offers a good variety of options. - We had a nice view from our room. - The room was very spacious and included a kitchen, a couch with a TV, and a small dining table. - The bed was very comfortable. - The location was great and close to many attractions and restaurants. - They can store your luggage at no additional cost if needed before check-in or after check-out. - The hotel also has a gym, meeting room, and laundry room. - Housekeeping is not provided every day. It is scheduled every other day, and additional cleaning must be requested. - The elevators and hallways are outdated, and some areas of the room also showed their age. Overall, the property feels like it needs renovations. - The handheld showerhead had almost no water pressure, which made taking a shower very unpleasant. - The curtains had visible stains and looked quite dirty. - The phone in our room was not working. - The biggest issue was finding cockroaches in the bathroom. We reported it to the hotel, but the staff did not seem particularly concerned, and we never received any follow-up regarding the situation. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Considering the price and the hotel's name, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those expectations. I would recommend looking at other options before booking.

Checking in took forever even though we were pre-paid. Our king bed suite was very large, but the bathroom was very small. Only one hook on the back of the door to hand a towel. Shower door is only a 3/4 door, so we had some leaking. Towels were thin and skimpy and for some reason always felt damp. Breakfast was okay, lots of choices and the staff working there were very nice. We had to use the valet parking one night and they told us it was $57. When we got the bill there was another $13 added on for taxes, so $70 for 1 night of valet parking? Ridiculous.

The hospitality of the staff was top notch! The breakfast was on point! I will definitely stay there again!

Convenient location, comfortable and clean room. Would have like a later check-out at 12pm, instead of 11am, but they could not accommodate.
