Location - 11 (ELEVEN) The best location by far. Room - 7.5 Deluxe King (hardly deluxe) -Small-ish and in need of updating, clogged shower (fixed) and not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the floor by the bed when we arrived and still there 2 days later. Someone is not cleaning properly. Door Staff - 3 - I opened the door more than acceptable at a Ritz -Carlton Reception - 8.5 - Friendly except for check out time. Did not even acknowledge us while on their computer. Lobby Bar and Restaurant - 4.5 - Lacks service levels and the Cesar salad was not edible. Time for a new F&B Manager, Chef, and new cuisine concept. Bathroom Commode - You better be small and thin. Just overall not a RITZ CARLTON experience.

The spa was amazing and the property was beautiful. Great area in Philly.

It’s a nice hotel, the drinks at the bar are phenomenal I booked 3 rooms, i requested early check in, i was able to get two rooms around 3 pm. However i have to begged to get the last room, after many phones call i was able to get it by 6 pm without any apologies. I was told that they only have one housekeeper per floor, which is insane to me

The lobby is magnificent; the rooms are very standard, not Ritz.

Excellent breakfast and location
-
The location. The architecture. The view. They tend to nickel and dime you for every little expense. The room could’ve used a little extra cleaning. The lobby area was mostly used as a restaurant.
-
There was a hole in the ceiling of the gym. The room we stayed in had dust, crumbs, and candy wrappers on the floor. Robes were stained and the kitchen staff were not knowledgeable about allergies (celiac). Would not stay here again.
-
Hotel & staff were great but noise outside and in the floor by our room (9th floor) made for a sleepless night….
