IRA is the best part of this hotel!! The WiFi was spotty but the place is beautiful and well located. The new supper club is insanely gorgeous!! And the gym!!!!!
-
The Bellevue is a top notch hotel with beautiful rooms and amenities. The fact that you have access to their gym is amazing, it's one of the most amazing gym's I've ever been to.

Two blocks from city hall. We stayed at a number of hotels on our trip and by far the best. It’s clean and elegant with a professional staff. Will stay again the next time we are in Philadelphia.

Easy check in, clean comfy room, bellhop available at check in desk (but not at self-park). Very convenient to AcDemy of Music and Verizon Hall. Many venues to eat and shop within 2-3 block radius. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, wonderful property and location

Unfortunately, the service did not consistently match the quality of the physical property. Check in was particularly disappointing. We were initially assigned a room overlooking a construction site, with a worker visible outside the window, and located right next to the elevator. After raising the issue, we were moved to a much quieter room with a significantly better view. While I appreciated that the team resolved the problem, it was difficult not to wonder why the better room was not assigned from the start. The front desk experience also felt unfriendly. The staff member who greeted us was not particularly welcoming or helpful, and while another team member was somewhat better, the overall interaction lacked the warmth and attentiveness expected from a luxury hotel. One thing prospective guests should be aware of is that the hotel appears to be a popular wedding venue. During our stay, this resulted in additional noise and at times gave the impression that wedding events were prioritized over regular hotel guests. Luxury is not just about beautiful decor, spacious rooms, and great amenities. It is equally about service and making guests feel valued. While the property itself is impressive, the service experience left room for improvement.

I love this hotel. The Customer Service is excellent. The Architecture is amazing and the location is wonderful. One of the best hotels in the City of Philadelphia

The room was gorgeous but more importantly the staff was amazing. They were super accommodating and helped us out a lot. We needed to store our bags and they did that.
-
This hotel is the absolute best place to stay when in Philadelphia. The staff are courteous and very helpful. Ben and David will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

I wouldn't know. I was unable to make the trip and due to your non refund policy, I also paid for everything and got nothing.

Amazing
-
Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags
-
Everything was great! Love how they let me use the gym on both days! This is truly wonderful.

Check in staff was wonderful, and Matthew in particular was a wealth of information when we needed help the second night. And a delight to visit with. However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results.
