The beautiful style hotel is always appreciated!

Room service should not be delivered in to go containers and paper cups with plastic utensils at a hotel of this level.

I love this spacious room and the shower space. One thing I missed is a pair of room sleeper.

Room was clean, it was an outer edge room that did have a bit of a musty smell when the AC was not running. When we arrived the check in software was down, but the staff was friendly and accommodating still amidst the stressful situation. Upstairs bar was lovely.

The computer system went down when we were checking in. It took them 2 hours to get us a room and they gave other people who came after us rooms. I had to get angry to get a room. It took 5 minutes of running the water to get hot water. The bathroom door was hard to close. At brunch Saturday morning, the waffles and French toast were hard. However, the rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff were generally very nice and helpful. Valet parking was great.

What a gem at the heart of Philadelphia! The historic hotel has been beautifully renovated, and we were delighted with the amenities, including coffee vouchers, a gorgeous full service gym next door, and the friendly and professional vibe set by the staff. Its location is also awesome, close to many excellent restaurants and cafes. In a word, a great value and a lovely property.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Bellevue. I stayed in the corner suite on the 12th floor as I was getting married at XIX that Sunday. I have to say when I went to check in on Saturday excited for the weekend to come all for the front desk concierge to say ‘ oh you’re getting married? When? ‘ was a bit surprising / disheartening since I’d assume staff would at least know the first names of who is getting married at the hotel that weekend but I suppose not. I don’t want to point blame so I won’t name names. :) Amir on the other hand went absolutely above and beyond, I can’t thank him enough for the love and warmth he showed us and my entire family & bridal party. The manager Ben was also amazing, helping us load the car, seeming genuinely excited to have us throw our wedding there, etc. The Bellevue is stunning on its own and the renovations for two years ago are truly breathtaking! Our bathroom was less clean than I’d like with visible finger prints covered in foundation swiped across the white en suite door and old makeup product stickers stuck on the sink. It’s the tiny things but overall a beautiful space and I feel thankful we were able to spend one of the best days our lives there!

Great stay and accommodating

Our stay at the Bellevue was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The room has all the amenities we needed (ie: a clothing steamer in addition to an iron). The access to the fitness club was amazing! Definitely the best hotel fitness club I have ever experienced. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was good. The location of the hotel is good for seeing all the historical sights in Philadelphia and visiting the Reading Terminal Market.

Large room, 1 bed suite, quite great central location and the club was phenomenal. Comfy bed.

the hotel is beautiful and classic. The room was clean and spacious. But what made the stay special was the staff. So helpful and friendly - so nice to see staff with such pride in their work.

Excellent stay.

For the price you pay, there is NO reason to wait as long as we did. We were not the only people complaining and waiting. If I did not book the hotel so far in advance, request an early check-in, and didn’t have some where to be, I would understand. Nothing was offered to compensate and front desk employees seemed frustrated with the situation. They knew making people wait was not ok. Very disappointing. So much so, as beautiful and convenient the location is….. I will never stay again or recommend,

The hotel was old and authentic Only thing - the AC was making noise and we could hear the technical elevator running.

The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained.
