El personal fue siempre muy atento desde el primer minuto. La habitación estaba limpia y todo en su lugar. La ubicación es excelente pues está en una zona cercana al centro y a pocas cuadras de Old City.

The breakfast is OK Only thing I don't like is the washing hand sink separate from the wash room

The location was in the middle of Philly. The breakfast buffet was good! The only thing was that the pool closed at 9 pm.

The location of the hotel was great and everyone working there was very nice. Our main issue was the lack of water pressure in our rooms. The showers and sink faucets would stop multiple times when using them.

Delightfully friendly & thoughtful staff! Location is within walking distance of lovely eateries and not too far from historical sites. Public transit was accessible too.

We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was attended to daily by conscientious housekeepers, and the breakfast perfectly suited to a buffet-style at this level of hotel chain. The coffee was even better than expected! The location couldn’t have been more well-suited to our plans. It’s within walking distance to the Reading Terminal Market, Jefferson Station, and the Historical District and there’s a nice convenience store across the street with extended hours. Our only regret was not to make time to enjoy the rooftop pool. We will stay there again on another adventure in the City of Brotherly Love.

Parking is $44/day just FYI.

It was amazing! Worth the money as you are within walking distance of a majority of the reasons your heading to Philly.

Excellent breakfast. The hotel description said that on site parking was included but we were charged $44. The bathroom floor and walls were pretty gross but the sheets were clean. Overall I would describe the hotel as okay.

Really nice room. I can see it has updates. Location was close to lots of restaurants and shops. However parking was not so good

We went to Philly to attend a concert at the Dell Music Center. We arrived early and they accommodated us with an early check-in. The concert ended up being cancelled because of a tornado watch. We made the best of it and enjoyed the pool, gym and other amenities. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave our son sunglasses and a toy. The breakfast was very good. All-in-all a very nice stay.

We rented 2 rooms for our family of 5. Both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Pool was clean and larger than most hotel pools. Staff was very helpful!

Great staff, great location, good value

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Solomon, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had an amazing variety of delicious options. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommend!
