Great location
-
Nice hotel. There is no staff - they send you a code for the doors. All good.
-
Very responsive to to texts. Room was very comfortable

Great location. Beautiful historic building. Each room is unique. They have a dumbwaiter to transport luggage unfortunately it stops at the 3rd floor and our room was another 1 1/2 flights up steep stairs.

This property is located near the Kimmel which is one of the reasons we tried it. If you like services and features stay somewhere else such as the Doubletree. There are absolutely no services available. It's all on you to figure out. The property provides directions which don't always come through timely or in easily readable format. Attachments to the message with our key code was so small a bug couldn't read it with a magnifying glass. If you want to stay in this area of Philly go to a real hotel.

Overall it exceeded our expectations❤️

The property was very cute and felt safe. We had a lot of privacy and the room was stocked with anything we needed. Everything was in great condition and working order. We’ll definitely be staying again, much better than a typical hotel.

This place is so cute. We loved all the extra touches and the thoughtfulness that went into preparing our room. The location was great too!
-
Very comfortable. Large rooms. Great bed. Rooms a bit dark and prefer hotels with staff on site but this was very pleasant and staff very accommodating.
-
I loveeeee staying here the rooms are so beautiful and detailed. The owners make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely visit again ☺️

The property and location was amazing. I loved our room. I loved the staying at such a historic property. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay - love the history of the house as well.

it more of an Airbnb feel than a hotel. The first-floor library is a nice touch. In-room coffee is a drip maker, but the scoop had no real measure on it, so you're guessing how many to use. Our particular room was tight on layout, and the bathroom was a real squeeze even for one person, let alone two. The AC was the other challenge — kept running either too hot or too cold. Lots to like here overall, just go in knowing the rooms run small.

Very pleased. I was a little apprehensive that there was no front desk, but it actually made the stay more cool. There is someone available by text, and they were very responsive. Plenty of restaurants right outside the door. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful property. The room was gorgeous and the history behind each room is fascinating. Will stay here again.

The area around is ok during the day, but can feel a bit sketchy at night time.
-
Great little hotel. Loved my room.
-
EVERYTHING!!! It was beautiful and well appointed!
-
Very cozy and clean! Staff is very responsive and eager to please, I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful hotel full of history and inspiring stories. There is no physical staffing so it felt a bit impersonal (to us), more like an Airbnb. But a great place.
