Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown/Center City

Perfect place to stay. Staff was great, walking distance to everything. Only complaint was breakfast wasn’t very good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to Reading Terminal Market and subway line to Lincoln Field, our 2 destinations.

Our room was super cute and comfy. The staff was very helpful and it was in a great location.

Ac was broken I was supposed to get a refund but never got it. Front desk said they canceled the apt due to the ac being broken and the girl behind the desk assured me I would get my moment back since it was their fault not mine. I never received my 200 dollars back

Well maintained, clean, but the ice machines on 11th and 6th floors were not working. Plus the water fountain at the gym was not working either.

Well it was formally an apt building , so they made it an hotel .So its not originally made to be a hotel .tiny rooms , but has the immediate necessities

I really liked this hotel it was in a really nice neighborhood check in was quick. The rooms were decorated lovely. The front desk staff were very friendly. Maria was very sweet. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend to friends.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield. I cannot say enough about the staff. My husband had a medial emergency during our stay and staff was supportive, extremely helpul and very supportive as I navigated a difficult situation. Not having to worry about my accommodations, providing altered check-in and check-out, and offering concern and prayers was more comfoting than I can say. My room was well maintained, clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was concerned that the room would be noisy as the hotel is in the city but the room was vey quiet. Breakfast was delicious and having the ability to valet my car was super helpful. Everything I needed was within walking distance.

Great Hotel in a Great Location. Wonderful Breakfast and fantastic front desk service.

The staff members were nice. Check in easy, Decent breakfast. You can't beat the location for doing stuff downtown. The downside was the $75/night valet only parking. Pillows that were about ten years past their replacement dates (about nonexistent).

My toilet needed maintenance that never came.

Nice room, although the light on one side of the bed wasn't working. Staff was fine, other than a little bit of attitude from one worker when we asked to drop off our luggage so we could explore the city.
