Super comfortable and really well located

The place was generally nice, and staff were helpful. The amenities could use some updating. But a convenient and good location overall.

Cleaning was perfect, staff was perfect and helpful the only thing the negative one the coffee machine was in the room was not useful.

Everything was very fine.

Room was nice and clean. Others were advised the AC went out...so bummer for them. Elevators were slow, and breakfast was ok same as all the others. There's a little market around the corner. Walking distance to bell and independence hall.

When checked in nobody told me that the hotel were having AC issues.The room was terribly hot, when I asked they told me that were having problems since 2 days.Then at night I had to checked out and try to find a new hotel to stay.Even being a Marriot Bonvoy hotel they were not able to help me to accomodate into a Bonvoy hotel. The only remedy provided were Bonvoy points but nothing else. It was a nightmare to find a place and I ended up paying a lot more for a hotel found at the last minute by myself.Terrible experience.

The main issue was the AC, which it went off and got broken twice during my stay, while outside was 87. However, the manger did help me to find another room, but it takes a lot of efforts and time to get this done. More than 4 hrs of following.

I wish it had a pool

This hotel was great. Great location, great restaurant. Definitely recommend.

Overall clean except for the yellow-black corners in bath. Breakfast is very good for a complimentary one.

I also had multiple gnats flying in my room and the bathroom. I was very disappointed by the room and especially by the hospitality I did not receive. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, because of the way I was treated at the front desk alone.

We had to cancel a room but Expedia couldn’t contact the property to try to get us a refund. Parking lot wouldn’t allow us to park that hotel recommended so they did direct us to other room had to get maintenance to unlock the bathroom door.

My room was small but organized and clean. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Lobby area feels outdated.

We had an excellent stay. This property has a staff that was extremely helpful and so pleasant. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is ok, there are hot and cold items although the same breakfast was served every day.

Very friendly staff upon check in, during, and after our stay. We were in a perfect location and had no issues with parking or noise.
