Very clean

The room was quite small, but it was a perfect size for my needs as a solo traveller.

this was our fifth hotel in a week and BY FAR OUR FAVORITE STAY. the managers social hour after a long drive was a total awesome blessing!

The location of the Alexander Inn is very practical - walking to shops, museums, historic sites and restaurants is easy. We especially enjoyed the convenience of staying here

Continental Breakfast, which means it was very light, few varieties of fruit, cereal. What there was good quality.

My son and I stayed here for a night because we were attending a concert at Lincoln Financial Field. I thought it was perfect for us, it was close walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops also all of the historic things that were there as well. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel facilities are outdated, but the location is quite convenient.

The property should be renewed. Carpets and doors were in terrible state. Staff were rude and non-helpful,

A small room and, especially bathroom. No easily accessible electric outlet. No remote control for the AC. Nice dining room and pleasant staff.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always very nice. Staff is friendly. Place is clean and comfortable. They have a nice, wine & cheese happy hour and good breakfast in the morning. Location is great b

It was a funky, charming space at the edge of historic Philadelphia. They had lovely complementary wine and appetizers each evening and a nice breakfast, all included in the price. Location was perfect.

Convenient location about 25-minute walk from Independence Square and other historic sites. The hotel looked old and a bit shabby, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had some trouble controlling the temperature with the AC unit. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Bathroom door was warped and did not close.

We stayed in what I can only assume was an accessible room because the shower was just part of the bathroom with a flimsy curtain that sectioned some of it off but didn’t even reach to the ground. Water pressure was a trickle. The ice machine was broken and they didn’t have any other way to get ice, even from the kitchen. The 5-7 cocktail hour was great with snacks and 2 drink tickets per person (offering wine) The breakfast was disappointing. Waffle iron didn’t work and they didn’t offer any pre-wrapped backed goods to go. There was Chicano yogurt available along with apples and bananas. Air conditioning is a window unit and can be loud but it did work to cool the room.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all so not worth it as a perk. We ended up getting breakfast somewhere else. The happy hour wasn’t too bad though. The wine was okay and they had some sparkling water and veggies.

It was a nice stay overall. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite nice. The bed could have been softer for a single room, but I could still sleep ok. The window on the 7th floor offered a nice view of the city.
