Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown - Center City

Great location & awesome staff! The rooms were large and spacious. I would definitely recommend. The cherry on top was the amazing rooftop bar.

The location is wonderful, and we have stayed at this hotel several times. But it has really gone downhill. Only one elevator out of three was working, so there were long delays because the cleaning staff as well as guests had to all use the same elevator. When we were last there several months ago, two elevators were working, so it's not going in a good direction. Food from a takeout box had been spilled all over the carpet in the hallway by the elevator on our floor, and no one cleaned it up. The buffet breakfast was cold. We have really liked this hotel in the past, but will be reluctant to stay there again.

Room was somewhat clean, dated rooms, a little mould in the bathroom grouting. Bins in the rooms didn’t look very clean. No water provided by the hotel in the rooms or at the lobby.

The location is very good and the king room is awesome

The front desk woman - Imani (not sure of spelling sound like I-manie) was fantastic. She was kind, courteous, helpful and provided a piece of cake for my daughters birthday. All around a dear.

Central location, comfortable bed, great shower

The location was perfect for our planned trip . The beds were comfortable .Valet was great . Manager of the valet should be the manger of the hotel also. Staff was rude. Management was also rude. Only one elevator was working. Lights and electrical outlets on one side of our room did not work. Fire alarm went off for hours . Air didnt work in the one room. Due to the placed being booked we had to leave one room during our stay and move everything into a different room.

Stayed for a week and housekeeping only came once, did an incomplete job and left our door open. There was trash from previous guests in our room. Many of the staff were unhelpful and rude. I reported the corridor outside our room was flooded at 9am and the carpet was still saturated when we returned that night. When we did report issues (each day, because there were issues each day), the staff would say they'd address and resolve but the issues remained, as if they were just saying anything to avoid conflicts but the issues were never fixed. Stay at your own risk.

On our last day, they didn't clean the room or take out the trash. The hotel has three elevators, but only one works. Since there's a rooftop restaurant, you can end up waiting half an hour for the elevator

Had a great stay, so many good restaurants are walking distance. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean.

There was only one elevator out of 3 that was working at the time I was there. Parking is not available at the hotel and was expensive in-the area $40 to $45. Everything else was good.

This is the second time I stayed here and both times the elevators were not working fully. The first time, only one was working. The second time, the elevator was not working at all when I arrived and I had to walk up a flight of stairs and change for my event in the bathroom in the lobby. I checked out and had to get another room elsewhere. And in both stays, people not staying in the hotel are taking up whatever access to the elevators are available going to and from the rooftop bar while guests wait for incredibly long periods to get to the Accommodations they have paid for. Totally unacceptable! I will never go back again!!!

The water pressure needs some attention. My curtains in 807 would not close. The refrigerator was not very cold.
