The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was so helpful and kind. We really appreciated his friendliness The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was also excellent for the sites we wanted to see. My only issue was there were some small things that weren't quite right; for example, there was only one water glass in our room, and the hotel ran out of face cloths. But these were minor inconveniences and we really had a pleasant stay.

Bad experience at breakfast. Unhelpful staff. We were left waiting in the breakfast area for over 30 minutes and when I enquired the server said that the kitchen had an equipment breakdown and didn’t know when our order would be ready. No one informed us. We left and went outside the hotel to have breakfast.

Well located on South broad, walkable to center city night life. Wish they had a better stocked sundry store. It was almost completely bare.

We get to our new room to find blood on the seating and the front desk responded, don’t worry we won’t charge you your deposit. WHAT?! So gross!!! The headboard was blackened/soiled as well. Can’t begin to speculate. Oh! The remote was missing as well. We were able to get that replaced. This place looked nice, but I would never stay here again. No one tried to make it right.

My only complaint - leave plenty of time for the elevators . They take awhile !

Very nice hotel in a great location! There are lots to do within walking distance as the hotel is right in city center. We were staying there to attend a concert at Lincoln financial stadium. It couldn't have been easier to get to. The orange line is right outside the hotel and it stops right at the stadium. It's equally as easy coming back even though it was after midnight when our concert ended. Oh also I forgot the size of the rooms, they are huge!!!

Need a sign for elevator reminding people to have their room key for the elevator.

I had a great stay at the Cambria Hotel in Philadelphia. The property was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The upgraded amenities gave the hotel a premium feel, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the facility in excellent condition. The highlight of my stay, however, was breakfast on the morning of August 3. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, yet one young employee, Alex, completely carried the operation. He was seating guests, taking orders, serving food, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and making sure everyone was taken care of, all with a smile and an incredibly positive attitude. What impressed me the most was that, despite a few guests being rude and impatient with him, Alex never lost his composure. He remained professional, courteous, and focused on delivering great service to everyone. When I learned it was only his second day on the job, I was genuinely amazed. You would have thought he had been doing it for years. Cambria is fortunate to have an employee like Alex. His work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skills are exactly what every hotel hopes to find. He turned what could have been a frustrating breakfast experience into one that left a lasting positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel and hope Alex receives the recognition he deserves. He is a tremendous asset to your team.

Breakfast buffet was not what I expected. Needs improvement or allow to order meals. Buffet was only option

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, enjoyed the rooftop bar

It was a clean, safe, well-located hotel. Very cute veranda. There is parking attached to the hotel and we didn't realize it.
-
Great place centralized near the park and lots of restaurants with lots of shopping
-
Adequate, but clearly under staffed

We loved Cambria in downtown Philly!! Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and night life. Definitely will be coming back.

There was no shower gel in the shower so I couldn't clean myself, the floor was dirty do I had to wear shoes in my room, and the neighbors were smoking weed that managed to get into my room. I hate that smell. I would not recommend this hotel! I paid a too much money for my stay to be horrible!

Good location. Very good room. Elevator problems no buffet breakfast.
-
Our stay was nice but the sink in our room needs some maintenance. It would back up all the time. Other than that it was convenient and quiet.

Room walls could be cleaner
