Auckland checking in they gave me the room 701. When I went to open the door to the room in 701, I found the room occupied with suitcases on the bed. I went back down to the lobby and informed the staff member. They put me in the room 1101 which did not have a coffee pot or an iron.

Very clean and quiet room in a great location! The staff (everyone from the reception desk to valet) were all very kind, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Ideal Location Staff was polite Check in was not ideal. Had to switch rooms multiple times due to not being clean. Partial refund was offered but never processed. Dust on the walls, stained bedding, headboards, shower had black and red stains! Very uncomfortable stay!

Great location , staff great . Bathroom especially shower floor could be renovated - kinda dirty and old , sink was cracked and no drain cover . Beds very comfortable .
