This was a disappointing stay. My first night, I requested my room be cleaned. Room was severely outdated and had not been swept or mopped. I left and came back, no change. The next day I figured they’d clean then…nope. Mgmt helped me switch rooms to a room that was still severely outdated with stains all over the carpet and ripped furniture. I was nice and accepted it as the asst mgr was super kind, but it was still gross. Every hallway hadn’t been swept either. There was also a group of men who sat in chairs all night outside of the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable as a single woman and a server at breakfast who made an inappropriate verbal remark to me and wouldn’t stop staring at me. I appreciate the mgmt staff and all they did but I would never stay here again. And I’d be hesitant to stay at any other Hilton property, quite frankly.

Excellent location and a very nice hotel. The day we arrived it was extremely busy, yet the check-in process was still quick and efficient. The staff handled the crowds very well, and we had a pleasant stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great location for visiting Philly and easy to get too.

When we returned to our room, on the 23rd floor, is when things took a turn for the worst. As I was sitting by the window, in the chair next to the TV, a big mouse ran by my feet! Let’s just say I decided to immediately vacate the room, and we stayed at a Marriott extended stay 30 minutes away. I was so freaked out, and grossed out, that I couldn’t stay there. I notified the front staff, whom provided me with a full refund, but man, that was gross!

I stay in the Hotel from July 22 to the 26. I had a room on the 14th floor between the elevators....The phone didn't work, the closet door didn't worked the safe didn't worked (no batteries... and the TV was impossible to make it work. 2 different services people came to try to fix the closet door they adjusted, but the same day same problem.... It was the worst experience on my life.... NEVER again...

The location is fantastic. The staff very pleasant and helpful. The warm cookies are the bomb. They gave us an extra cookie the next day for my husband's birthday. The closet door was broken and hard to manage but the room was very nice. The towel and toilet paper rack were broken and kept falling. But again the service was great and we loved the location. We did not realize that parking was at the hotel for a reasonable fee and parked elsewhere. When it says self parking we thought that there was no parking garage. It took a while for the concierge to find our luggage! He was very nice and very helpful though.
