Location is convenient. The suites are annoying to get to. It's via two separate lifts and a confusing walk, which is a disincentive to nip back to your room. Rooms a tired and uninspired. Disappointing for the price.

LOCATION is AMAZING. It is literally on top of the Broad St. subway exit/entrance, so it was so easy to park at the top of SEPTA for $2 overnight and take the train down to the hotel, then hop back on the train to get down to the sports complex (Phillies etc). Easiest thing in the world. The hotel itself was spotless, our room was comfortable with a great city view, and was well maintained. Check in and check out were a quick process (with a complimentary warm cookie!). The Cafe in the lobby had excellent lattes in the AM. It is highly likely that I will stay here again.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in July for baseball's Fan Fest the room was perfect, we had the view of the entire street and the cookies were phenomenal. The staff was accommodating very welcoming and the ambience was just perfect. Planning another trip to stay at this hotel soon.

The view from this hotel was amazing. The hotel is also centrally placed which made it pretty easy to get around. Almost everything we wanted to do as first time visiting was about a 20 minute walk. The room had a moldy smell that made it tough to breathe. The decor has seen better days. The wallpaper was peeling and the vents were filled with dust. Hilton should consider investing in maintaining the rooms as it would improve the quality of our stay.

Staff was very friendly. However, the television was not working properly, and the coffee pot looked at if it had not been cleaned in years. The rooms should come with a microwave, which would have solved that problem.
