They originally stuck us in the wrong room, then moved us to another where the corner view was obstructed, and said they couldn’t move us to a different room because they were blocked off for the night. I then went outside, saw a guy in a wheelchair by the door, went to grab him a water, and then realized he was using and dropped his needle. I let the staff know, and they did nothing. He was there again the next night. But day two we found ants in our bed… mind you, we didn’t eat a thing in our room and only had water. The w in California to the w in Philadelphia was the total opposite experience and such a disappointment.

Interior design for the rooms is probably the worst I've ever seen, I felt like a caveman! And amenities - sometimes need to be removed/replaced...

Enjoyed our stay and staff was awesome.

We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. We loved the room and were upgraded to a room that overlooked the city, so the view was great. The staff was overall helpful. We didn't have time to use amenities such as the pool, but would love to return one day!

Amazing and will comeback again and again

Good location, food is good and the aesthetic is amazing

Everything was great from start to finish! The concierge,Fay, was great. The pool was a lot of fun, crowded but expected for a holiday weekend! The sun loungers are limited so get there early if you want to lounge by the pool. They offer complimentary sunscreen throughout the day which is very convenient. The housekeeping manager was so nice & accommodating. Will be back!

I had issues with my hotel phone but it was fixed promptly. Overall me and my children enjoyed our stay

Concierge was super helpful! The hotel is beautiful! The rooms themselves are not very practical for families traveling with children. The sliding barn door over the toilet and shower and the exposed sink/vanity area make it difficult to get ready quietly without disturbing those sleeping. But again, a beautiful space. My biggest frustration is that the staff would not allow us to eat food we’d brought with us in the outdoor area because it wasn’t purchased from the restaurant/bar. My teenagers just wanted a sandwich and fruit…….I would like to think they could eat it at one of the many empty tables on the deck area (not in the restaurant). I guess not. That’s unfortunate. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where they wouldn’t let you bring your own food to the pool area if you wanted to.

The property is beautiful. They have a nice gym and nice pool area but it is too small and they have no umbrellas for outside poolside which is crazy because it was over 100 degrees outside!

Great location! Staff very accommodating. Beautiful view

A five star hotel usually comes with a higher level of service and W fell a bit short. The biggest issue was the pool. You must have a bracelet to enter the pool. Bracelets are free with room and are available at front desk. I should’ve received or have been asked if I required said bracelets. Instead I was unaware and my wife and I went to the pool only to be embarrassed and treated like children. Staff simply said we couldn’t enter without bracelets. Nothing further and no sense of hospitality. I asked where I could get bracelets and was told to contact the front desk. So we would have had to go down to lobby in our swimwear like fools or change back into proper clothes. A complete waste of time and again, nothing of what I am used to from every other five star. The Ritz is around the corner and I’m certain it to be better.

Rooms need more lighting. Also nowhere to rest items in the bathroom, need some mini shelfing inside the shower a place to place clothes before entering the shower.

I loved the establishment overall and the aesthetics

The pool and bar were very cool. The live music was excellent.

Wonderful
-
The only thing I can complain about is there wasn’t a mini fridge or a safe in the suite. Everything else was great, just the lack of those 2 things were confusing

For the price of this hotel I was incredibly disappointed. My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned including the shower although I paid $150 for an early check-in.. in addition there was no plastic bag for laundry in the closet and my door key was constantly malfunctioning for the point that I had to go ask people in the lobby for help
