Loved the whole experience!

In the city for the Bruno Mars concert. Our view from the 42nd floor was spectacular! Will definitely stay at the W again.

This was a wonderful hotel! Very clean and great staff for solo travel trip stay

Everything was clean and well designed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Including the valet.

My poor review comes from the raging party happening next door at 1am with 30+ people and club thumping music. Hotel security visited 3 times and the music continued to get louder & more guests arrived. We got dressed and headed downstairs to request a room change in order to get any sleep. Hotel management moved us but wow, we did not expect this at the W hotel. I don’t foresee a future stay at this property. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful hotel in an excellent location.

Room was not as advertised. Stayed for 3 days and had a bean bag chair to relax on. I did receive a credit after informing the manager. The location was great.

very beautiful, clean facilities. Pool was lovely. Pool a bit over crowded in the afternoon with people with day passes, but overall, great experience.

Everything was amazing. The rooms and views of the city are beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Very courteous staff. Central location near city hall. Nice outdoor pool and lounge area. Lovely room with views of South Philly.

Our stay was awesome! Although it was short, it was definitely worth it. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend the W to everyone and will absolutely be coming back in the future. A special thank you to Tameka for making our stay even more enjoyable and welcoming! Two thumbs up for the W!

I absolutely adore the W hotel. The aesthetics is on point. Love the pool. I wish they would bring back the $20 Sunday funday that they had back during the pandemic times. The only thing that sucked was a fire alarm went off at like 5/6am . When you’re drunk as a skunk tryna get some shut eye in, it’s nothing like a alarm going off and now you gotta decide do you get up and leave the building or sleep through a potential fire cause you’re that tired. I’m sure that was a one off event but man it sucked . Other than that, I would recommend anyone comes here!
