Fantastic location. Parking is a little challenging though.

Super dirty windows and the dude at the front desk is not friendly but the location is awesome and the valet dudes work super hard to make it work in those tight streets

The tv was broken all 4 days we were there.

Breakfast was good, different varieties. The hotel staff were amazing to my family including my little sister and gave her a sticker she loved it!!! When we got into our hotel, one of the towels in the bathroom were dirty. We paid extra to have parking and they never gave us a ticket so we had to explain that it was in fact our car, the girl working was giving me attitude when I explained that the staff are at fault for not doing the right check in procedures and she has said I should have check in properly even though it was my first time staying with the hotel and when we parked the worker had told us to give him our keys and said we can go into the hotel. Poor parking experience

Loved our stay here! Great breakfast, great location, clean rooms.

The staff were excellent! Very nice, helpful, went out of their way to make suggestions on places to visit. The complementary breakfast & beer/wine/cheese in the evening was very good. Laundry facilities were nice, front desk had pods and dryer sheets available.

Definitely was a great property, only thing was the parking situation that was difficult.

Your advertisement shows there is a bar in the hotel but it belong to the hotel next door. Although the hotels are owned by the same owners I don’t think it’s right you include as your own. It’s miss leading to guests

I was pleasantly surprised that there was basically a full kitchen with a stove top, pots, pans, cups plates and dishwasher. Would come again just for the showers with the great water pressure. Everything else was a bonus.

Very clean room. Breakfast was tasty, buffet style. Bed was very comfortable, all front desk staff we talked to was friendly. Gym was very clean and nice to use

Great hotel in a perfect downtown location. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
