The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful but for me, the fact that their AC was keeping the room super cool when it was over 90 degrees outside was the best part!!! Not to forget they offer complementary breakfast, and it was a huge selection from scrambled eggs, bagels, greek yogurts, pastries and real good coffee. This hotel is now our new best place to stay when visiting Philly. Roxana Zoppetti

Good breakfast, staff and very clean

Everything was wonderful except for the staff at the front desk. On every occasion except for one, whenever I requested or asked something of the front desk they were often rude or snarky with their responses. Given the location to almost anything of interest in center city I would happily return and pray for a better front desk experience.

Other than that, the TV in our room would turn off once and a while, which was annoying when trying to watch a World Cup Game. The AC was making a clicking sound often and that was annoying when trying to sleep. Everything else was pretty good. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed (though pillow was mid), good staff and overall decent experience.

Upon arrival staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was sort of clean, the bedding had a huge stain on the side that was never cleaned or they had trouble getting the stain out. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, I expected more for paying $1500 for 3 nights.. overall the hotel is perfectly located and staff was friendly.

The rooms were decent . However the front desk associate Colleen went above and beyond to ensure I had all the things I needed for my stay. She made us feel at home. I would come back and recommend this place because of her. Thank you Colleen!

It was centrally located, close to everything. The area is walkable. The hotel staff is nice, very welcoming.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location, the common and breakfast room and the rooms are good size The breakfast options were very limited and I am not generally happy with the paper plates and wooden cutlery.

It was a great hotel in the middle of everything!

With the exception of one incredibly rude staff member, the stay was great!
