clean bathroom- too bright- blinding sink faucet volume of water flow was too little electronic light switches a nuisance- slow/no response door would not close properly utilitycounter- good sink, faucet and lighting (again- electronic switch a waste) bed and linens good but not greatly comfortable soft mattress topper was excessive linens a little scratchy Staff was very good, responsive but valet staff was exceptional in and out check-in was lengthy standing in line, lots of people traffic the ground floor lobby and second floor check-in was a disaster- must have been conceived by the guy who designed the subway entrance and platform no separate concierge for directions and recommendations. Registration staff too occupied to help HVAC- excellent Breakfast was extremely well done- good food, good layout, many choices, watchful staff present at all times

Great stay, great value for money. Room amenities were excellent, staff very helpful. Bought parking which came with 4pm checkout which was a great deal IMO. Free breakfast was just ok but happy it was offered. Plan to stay again.

We loved the Happy Hour the best! It was only bread, cheese and wine/beer. The hotel setup was well done. A great way to end a busy day before going out to dinner. Wish they did that through the weekend! There was a mix up on our reservation but the hotel resolved it to our satisfaction. We were on a high floor corner room and the views were spectacular!

Location. King size bed very comfy. Windows. Impossible to open or close. Needed staff to help. I gave up after a while and just left windows open. The buffet breakfast. Food is good but no low-fat options, i.e., with coffee ONLY half and half, no regular or low-fat milk. Full fat yogurt only, no low-fat or no-fat options.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We arrived very early and they were able to put us in a room very quickly on a Monday. Beautiful property and room, but mostly it was the people that made it so nice. We were leaving and on our way out somebody from behind me said hey did you enjoy your stay? Hope you had a good time. It was an employee who was going out to their break or at the end of their shift! Employees were talking to each other and truly seem to enjoy each other’s company. It was a very friendly environment all around.

The only detraction to our stay was the continental breakfast. It seems many families were in town with very poorly managed party members who were not monitored for proper use of tongs and spoons, preferring their natural implements to finger up all the food until chosen and selected morsels were acquired. We consequently only visited the breakfast the first morning, reducing its usefulness during the stay and schedule.
