Excellent! Can’t complain

But the property itself had several issues. When we arrived, one of the towels had an unsightly brown stain on it. Several plates were dirty with caked on cheese. We complained and they replaced the towels and gave us dish detergent. The lock on the main door would catch, requiring multiple turns of the handle to open. This would even happen when exiting the room, which is a fire hazard. But the biggest issue for us was the electrical outlet in the lamp by the bed. Plugs would just jiggle around loosely it, having trouble maintaining contact. I use a medical device and I had to plug it into that outlet at night. After the first night, the device stopped functioning properly. When I got home, the device company looked at it and said it received a power surge from that outlet. So thanks to this hotel, my medical device now needs repairs. Breakfast used disposable plates and utensils. I don't know how this hotel can be "eco-friendly" when it's producing so much avoidable waste. It was a small and crowded space and they seemed understaffed in restocking food. Last issue: I had to use the computer in the business center to print something. It was a restricted interface, but the browser was so old that it couldn't render any site correctly. I couldn't login to any site.

The couch in my room has not been vacuumed, there was someone else’s hair all over it. And for being on the 18th floor, it was incredibly loud outside we might as well have had the windows open. Loud cars, music, motorcycles, sirens…it didn’t quiet down until after 2:00 am. We didn’t sleep well at all.

Amazing Stay in the heart of the city

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had lots of options.

Lost a few items from our room. Check in manager tried to help us and we are still in the process of knowing. They said they will come up with a solution. Housekeeping comes every other day, be mindful of this. Otherwise, the hotel is centrally located and good.

All around location of hotel and extra nice people

Nice room. Liked the kitchenette . Staff was helpful. Has free breakfast, I didn't really like it, but other guests seemed to. Location was ideal for what we had planned. The water pressure was very strong so that caused a few messes, but nothing that wasn't easily cleaned up. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

We stayed for a week. This hotel is excellent!

The room was fantastic!! I honestly have zero complaints!! But if I had to be really picky and had to think of something I would say the windows were alittle dirty on the outside but other then that it looked good!!

Staff was amazing but the garbage cans were full of someone else’s trash in the room we booked, breakfast was okay and the valet was absolutely useless, they charged us 70 dollars for someone to do nothing but stand there and smoke while you’re waiting for your car. If you stay there, park yourself.

Our room was not clean for our entire stay, our room smelled like dog and we asked for it to be cleaned and we were informed that we were not on the list yet, we never got on the list because you need to remove a magnet from your front door in order for them to come and clean your room. We thought the magnet was just part of the ad advertisement. so our room never got cleaned the entire time we were there, although one of the housekeeping employees did come to spray a solution to mask the dog smell.

My only negative would be no restaurants or bar on the property.

The staff was great and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were nice but pets are allowed so they didn’t smell clean.

Lovely, everyone was polite, the breakfast was amazing, the location is great, and the whole place had a great vibe and smelled lovely.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
