The room was small and very expensive.

Room was on the small side but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. The maid service was outstanding. The only potential improvement was perhaps 2 extra pillows. I would stay here again.

There’s additional charge that’s not explained to us. I guess it’s for them bringing a microwave in the room.

Good location. Safe. Contemporary yet in an historical building. Would recommend if wanting to walk around the city center area.

The place was clean and they thoughtfully designed the space to maximize effeciency. However, the building is old and you can't get around that. The room was in a good location, quiet, and fine for a couple for a weekend. There were no drawers, so if you stay longer, that could be an issue if you don't like to live out of your suitcase. Also, there was only access to a plug on one side of the bed, but when we asked for an extension cord so we could plug in phones etc on both sides of the bed, they took care of that immediately. The staff was universally friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour do it yourself coffee bar was great.
