Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

Parking was very easy and with the discount not too expensive for city parking. The air conditioning worked very nicely. It was extremely easy to both check in and check out.

Hotel was clean and in a very good location. The reason I don’t give 5 star review was because the lobby was in the second floor and every single time we had to use an elevator to get to the lobby and then another elevator to get to the room. The stairs to the lobby from the first floor was closed which could have been useful.

Older hotel with small but nicely remodeled bathroom. Nice lobby. Clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. We enjoyed the 24hr coffee, tea bar in the lobby. Room is lacking a closet or anywhere to hang clothes.

Wonderful stay! The staff was so accommodating and the property is absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely do be staying here again next time I'm in town.

Great Staff. Clean room. Very limited amenities (no hand soap, no hairdryer, no fridge, no safe, no trash can liners). Included Nespresso and hygiene products were nice.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff was so kind and helpful during the check-in process. The building has a cute old vintage feel to it and appeared clean. However, it could definitely use upgrades when it comes to the uncomfortable low squeaky bed that was in need of replacement, the older bathroom, carpet in rooms, and night stands. Overall the quick stay was okay and served its purpose.

We enjoyed our stay at CQ Rittenhouse. We have stayed at several CQ’s and once again enjoyed the complimentary water bottles that we refilled many times at the refreshing station in the lobby where we also enjoyed the complimentary coffee every morning. The staff were lovely and greeted us each time we came in and left. And the location could not have been better! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are small. A restaurant would help

The cheapest room in this hotel was better than most of the hotels I have ever stayed

Smaller room than standard hotels but obviously not unexpected. It was just the right size for a weekend solo trip. Could hear the doors to other rooms close though. Mattress seemed older but not uncomfortable. Tv would randomly shut off. Overall it provided what I needed. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and no weird odors. Good area, especially if you aren’t/don’t want to drive. I would stay here again but probably test out the mattress before committing to my room.

I'm not sure how this place is ranked so highly because it's not very nice. It's not awful either, it's just fine. Good central location, but dated and tired. The bathroom was like a hostel. I was on the top floor so my room had no interior windows. It was quite odd.

Club Quarters in Philadelphia is in a good location, clean, and has a very friendly staff.
