Great location and nice hotel, so would definitely recommend. The water on every floor was very helpful during a heat wave.
-
Check-in was easy and the coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. All around, a nice and peaceful stay.
-
Room was old with frayed carpet, no safe, fridge or microwave, but the a/c was blissful considering the 100 degree heat, and the available cold sparkling and still water with bottles to use was an advantage too! Staff couldn’t have been nicer. I did had a strange bug crawl across the floor, so I smooshed it. Didn’t bother to get the staff involved, but I wish I didn’t see that.

Helpful even when I had to check in at a crazy time

The sheets were pulled off my bed, but not changed. Then my phone was taken, and not returned. When I followed up with staff about the charger, staff said they could not find it, but that I should just utilize the one in the room, and that I would not be charged for it. Then I was charged for it.

I had heard going into our trip that Club Quarters was a brand focused on smaller rooms, so we were prepared for that. The hotel's location was amazing, right in a very walkable part of the city with tons of restaurants, bars, and points of interest in the immediate vicinity. We were impressed with the coffee/tea/water setup in the lobby and I loved that I could get a sparkling water every time I entered or left the hotel. The room was relatively small as expected, but we didn't have any issues with it as a couple staying for four nights. I think my only issue and the reason I would give them four stars instead of five was that the bathroom was really, really small. Everything functioned just fine, but it felt like being in a bathroom on a cruise ship.

really enjoyed our stay at club quarters. We use public transportation so parking was not an issue for us. The coffee bar was much appreciated and the excellent service from the staff We would stay here again.

If you go knowing that it’s not a luxe room you will be happy, as I was. It wasn’t fancy but it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly spacious. I was happy to spend 9 days there, and would stay again. The location is excellent.

The hotel had coffee, tea, water in common area with lots of places to sit and watch TV. Waterfilling stations on every floor. Gym with self-service free laundry on 12th floor.

Overall, a positive experience staying at a great location in Philly. We were there during a heat wave but there was never an issue with the AC, there was filtered water available in the lobby and down the hall, coffee was available on demand in the lobby. There is limited parking on the street, so it was a little stressful loading and unloading bags, but that's life in a big city.
-
Great hotel , clean and the but it's old hotel and they are renovating . MY TIP IS TO ASK FOR THE ROOM WHICH IS AWAY FROM THE ELEVATOR AND QUITE ROOM. So I called I called the front desk before I came and made sure I had a room which is quite. Super friendly staff . Would recommend this hotel stay during my FIFA visit and it's in the great location.

The building is old but well maintained- the only thing I can say is that the bathroom was small and old ( and in other properties like in Paris - the small bathroom is always looking like new ) Other than that - was a great choice.
-
It was okay.

Clean, quiet, great central location

great location in downtown Philadelphia
-
Great location. My room was on the 2nd floor and had super high ceilings and a huge window along one wall. I dug it. Staff was helpful and friendly. One slight annoyance it that are checking you have to navigate a computer screen and make your own key. Not sure way that's a good idea. The coffee was good but I did wish they had a minimal breakfast available (but there are tons of places in the area).
-
Great location - can walk EVERYWHERE, easy to handle, very convenient, everything you need.
-
Great location; staff was very helpful
