Clean property with helpful staff. The location is fantastic because you are attached to a mall and there is a private entrance to the mall for those in the hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming The rooms need to be cleaned better. My 9 month old developed an extremely bad rash and we decided to check out early. Not sure if the rooms were deep cleaned enough.

A beautiful hotel that was incredibly accommodating to me when there was an issue with the initial hotel I booked. For the same amount of money I was able to stay in a hotel much nicer than the original one I booked and it made my entire visit worthwhile. Gorgeous property that is both modern / renovated yet retains some of that classic hotel charm that is missing from most hotels these days.

Hotel is ideally located for shopping, restaurants, the rooms are super clean and comfortable and the staff both friendly and helpful.

Did not like all the noise from the door slamming. Every day/ morning....didn't like the way tub filled with water during each shower....

This is a lovely updated hotel in a great location!

Although I gave front desk a request for wake up call which wasn't made. Coffee in lobby great in the morning. Hotel is dated and needs some work, carpeting, bathrooms, etc. Will try another Hotel next visit.
