The Westin Philadelphia

Staff very helpful but we had to set up the sofa bedding ourselves and consistently ask for more towels etc.

Older place… but great location.

Location was great and room size was great very comfortable bed. I will my bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Tub was very grimy. The floors looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned.

The valet workers were so helpful and friendly. They were in charge of storing bags and getting cars and always worked to quickly get whatever we needed. I love that the hotel had umbrellas for us to borrow!

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and conveniently located. The staff is helpful and welcoming, and the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.

Great and beautiful hotel, excellent location to everything in downtown Philly. The ceiling on the room looked like it had water damage that wasn’t looked.

Perfectly pleasant stay

The location was amazing really close/ within walking distance to most attractions. I would recommend this place. The only negative thing I would say is that you have to take an elevator in the entrance to get to the lobby then another elevator to get to your room.

The hotel and the staff were great! Although we weren't able to check in when we arrived around 3:30, was not a big deal because we were able to grab drinks and a bite to eat at the bar until it was ready. Loved the room and the staff at reception were pleasant! We had a great stay!

Checked in and out at a very busy time. The Valets have it down to a science and did not have to wait long for our car. Valet even offered directions to exit, which was super helpful and going the extra mile! The breakfast buffet was delicious! Absolutely loved the eggs, potatoes and fresh waffles! Coffee and serving staff were also on point, friendly and sweet! Loved the rainfall shower in our room, and the bed was super comfy! Sofa and chairs in room were beautiful. Felt like we were treated like family the whole stay!

Chose the Westin for their beds, we find them to be very comfortable. Great location in CC Philly, all the staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and hearty. Nice bar, had a small but good quality wine selection. Elevators always at the ready. Quiet, clean, overall a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful lobby, secure key-access hallways, clean and cozy rooms. Conveniently located in center city Philly. great for families, couples, and business needs.
