My husband and I had an awesome stay. The staff were so friendly.

First, I would like to commend the front desk team for being courteous, welcoming, and highly professional. Whenever I needed clarification regarding my stay, including my request for an early check-in, the staff took the time to investigate before responding. I greatly appreciated this thoughtful approach. As an Expedia member, I also received benefits that exceeded my expectations, which contributed positively to my overall experience. In general, my stay was very comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent for the most part, providing consistently good service. I would, however, like to mention two issues that could be improved: 1. Lack of response prior to arrival - Before arriving at the hotel, I attempted to contact the property several times through Expedia's messaging platform but did not receive a response. Receiving a reply from the hotel would have helped me better plan my arrival from the airport, especially after nearly a full day of flights and connections. 2. Housekeeping supplies - On one occasion, housekeeping did not replenish the required number of towels or provide sufficient toilet paper. While this was a relatively minor issue, it can be more significant for guests staying several days who spend most of their time attending conferences or other activities away from the hotel and have limited opportunities to request additional supplies.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and nice.

We had an amazing experience!

My stay was very good. The hotel was nice and clean. My only small negative is that the check-in time is pretty late. Really, check in should be no later than 3pm, but the check in at the hotel is 4pm. There were a lot of people waiting for rooms to be ready, and not many of them seemed to be ready much before 4pm.

It was ok for what we used it for, stayed over for a concert. However the shower light was leaking water, staff was not really helpful in fixing it.

I booked this several months out and when reading the reviews a week or two before my stay, I was a little concerned as they said the rooms were dirty, and that the staff was very unhelpful, but it was quite the opposite. We stripped the bed and they were clean, and the staff was actually very helpful and friendly. We’ve had to interact with them multiple times and we did not receive any attitude as described in yelp. It’s in a convenient location. Most places are walkable.

The pool was great!

The room was clean, Steph replaced towels daily and made beds! It was absolutely lovely. We had all the privacy, did not hear other guests at all… The elevators moved quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Came for a girls weekend trip. Perfect hotel right in Center City, close to everything you need. Will definitely come back for a stay.
