Parking WAYYYY to expensive.

Place was nice wanted to enjoy the pool for the day wish microwave was on other floors and not just in the lobby area but overall enjoyed my stay

My only complaint would be to offer the bracelets needed to enter the pool at the time of check in. Especially during a busy time, like FIFA. We went to pool on the 8th florr, from the 15th floor (long elevator wait time), only to be told about a needed bracelet that you need to get from the front desk. So down to 1st floor, wait in line, then back to the 8th floor again.

Hotel location is very convenient. Close to subway/ trolley stations, walking distance to train station, city hall, reading terminal market. The room is clean and modern.

Hotel is in a great location, the staff is very helpful, and the pool is great. Only negative is the elevator situation is not great. Had to take the stairs multiple times due to lines

One quick note, this hotel is very weird about their arm bands required to access the pool. We were not told that we needed to hold on to it (it wasn’t placed on our wrists) and so we misplaced them and couldn’t get another. It was a whole process that didn’t even include an apology at first, just a flat out: you won’t be able to access the pool. So, please be sure to not lose your arm bands if you want to access the pool!

The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, was excellent. Room was clean, with a great view of the surrounding city.

This is a great hotel with great staff, if i had to pick a drawback it was that you could hear the conversation in the next room so privacy was not exactly there

Hotel looked unkempt. Understaffed.

The room had carpet stains and the curtains had dust on them , the room was not in the best of conditions at all.
