The individual serving coffee in the Art Bar was incredibly rude to my wife Completely unacceptable

Excellent location perfect espresso martini complimentary wirh stay. Convenient Ruth Chris restaurant downstairs and valet parking. Was able to visit my college kid 13 min across the bridge in Camden and return to nice restaurants walking distance after hard day of moving. Beautiful city views from room.

The room was so comfy and cozy. We were able to get upgraded to a king which was great. Only complaint would be that they don’t allow you to use your hotel credit on the checkout day.

Poorly maintained property. I’d say it’s a glorified Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly but the amenities were non existent. There is a pool but they allow ‘day-passes’ so all kinds of people show up. The elevators are excruciatingly slow, and the rooms and sparse. The overall experience was poor. Ruth Chris Steakhouse downstairs was his okay. I will say that the meal was affordable but the liquor selection was inadequate.

Overall okay stay! staff was super friendly and helpful! Very convenient location. I felt like the room could be more up to date and some parts of the room were dusty. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were clean. I am a Expedia VIP so I got a voucher for food so that was nice

I loved the view of my corner room. I wish the tv had connection to streaming services

The main lobby and Art Bar in the morning was very dirty. The floor needed to be mopped and there was trash. I understand about rain and all but this was a cleanliness issue. The Art Bar drinks were excellent and in the evening it was a good place to hang out, Having Ruth Chris's Steakhouse attached was great. Waiter was high class and fun
