The air conditioning units are very loud and kept us up

My only suggestion. Get longer shower curtains. Mine did not reach the ground - hence the floor got soaked.

My stay at the Motto was very good. The cafe in the lobby was very convenient I loved it! I had happy hour at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. My only complaint was that the air conditioner in my room was noisy. The maid service was great, they returned in the afternoon if I was still in the room in the morning. Overall I was pleased and will stay there again another time.

Elevator was broken when we returned from a concert had to walk up the stairs 10 floors. The manager was contacted via email and telephone with a voicemail left. No answer…so that tells your the customer service

Very unhappy that bar on first floor not open and roof top bar not open on Sunday August 2nd.! One should have been open for paying people had reservations on that day. Poor planning on someone. Mark Matlack

Loudest AC I have ever encountered. Kept me awake until 3 am.

The rooms were very small and had no room for any of your bags. Very small closet space my room for three people had a small queen bed with a bunk bed a top instead of two double beds location was decent

It was a very nice quick day

They did not have the room I booked and had no towels and charged me extra 375$

Everything was great besides the bed was very uncomfortable me and the wife where both tossing and turning all night and pillows where flat too I stay in hotels all the time this is first time I had bad experience with bed and pillows…

Perfect for a night stay in the city!

Great stay! Right in the heart of anything you’ll need. Love the little cafe they have at the front of the hotel and really love how everything is within walking distance! I wish I had time to check out the rooftop restaurant. I hope I can return again soon for that! Worth it all!!

Everything was great at this hotel. The only issue is the shower curtain is short in the shower. Make sure you put an extra towel on the floor. Water will splash outside the shower floor on to the bathroom floor. Very slippery without towels on the wet floor. Staff very accommodating with extra towels and cleaning if needed. Overall, good staff response and desk.

Great value, well maintained and secure hotel near Rittenhouse Square. Bonus bar/tacos on rooftop made this place extra perfect. Would definitely recommend and return here in the future
