Friendly front desk staff made checking in and out quick and easy. Rooms are compact and clean with a mini fridge but no coffee maker. If you are staying in town for more than a few days and or have a great deal of luggage you may want to opt for one of the suites. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Did not eat at the restaurant or cafe. Parking garage directly across the street from the hotel was convenient. Excellent location just steps away from Rittenhouse Square shopping, restaurants, etc.

Great stay all around. Only complaint was that the bed cover was as thin as a sheet and difficult to pull over you. Check Spot Hero for the 24 hour garage next door--I only paid $16 to park 24 hours there. There is a 24/7 deli grocery on the corner with tons of great stuff and they will also make you fresh food anytime.

The property was spotless and it is a great location. Central between the Philly Museum of Art and Independence Park. The restaurant food and drinks were great and the wait staff, front desk staff and coffee shop staff were friendly, kind and helpful. We were there during the World Cup and July 4th and we were treated so well. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. The room was very clean and we had no issues.

The room was very clean, and functional. My only real complaint about the accommodations is the air conditioning was quite loud and switched on loudly as well. A second complaint is about noise outside- it’s not their fault. If you stay even two or three blocks deeper into Center City, it’s better. But for one of these so-called micro-hotels not bad.

Room was very hot ac kicking on and off was loud and annoying had dust all over our wall and the drywall ledge covering the duct work. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable Great location and affordable pricing

Nice modern hotel. Good location. Easy for the railway station and for exploring the new and old town areas. Definitely recommend.

pillow were lumpy. AC was extremely loud. the hotel seems dark in the lobby where you check in near cafe. not very welcoming

Parking, dinning, etc.. are all separate parts of the hotel.

Staff were amazing, the hotel is in a great area. Only downside is they don’t have parking at the hotel you have to get parking off site at the parking garage across the street. Other than that I would stay at the hotel again

Great property in a good location but it's not great for couples. The bathroom door offers zero levels of privacy - good example of form over function. They also didn't give us a towel for the floor which means we ended up using a wash cloth.

Friendly staff, allowed an early check in and stored our luggage upon checking out.
