Great location, helpful staff and super comfortable beds!

The hotel atmosphere is vital and warm. The room is spacious, upgraded and artfully designed. The room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area/

Great breakfast, beautiful hotel, excellent staff and great location.

We also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach and the daily hotel credit, which was a great perk to use at the bar. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping. One day, our room wasn’t cleaned until after we returned in the evening, and only after we called the front desk a few times. On other days, housekeeping would arrive very early, around 8–9 a.m., and if you weren’t ready then, they often didn’t return later, which was a bit inconvenient. We also had an issue with our bathroom sink overflowing. The team immediately offered to move us to another room, which was a thoughtful gesture. We really appreciated how professionally they handled it. A special mention to Ada at the front desk, who was exceptionally warm and helpful. One thing that really stood out was that the front desk staff remembered guests by name, which is a hallmark of great hospitality and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Parking is very expensive. Not worth the $400 it cost to spend one night with overnight parking.

Excellent location and property very clean

Upscale hotel, very clean, nice bar, didn’t use the other facilities. World Cup soccer team staying here while I was here so that was kind of fun.

Air conditioning didn’t work and no alternative room was offered. Compensation was points and not a credit in cash.

The bed was absolutely horrible. I should upload the pictures but most residents would be disgusted. There was blood stains on the mattress pad. They switched my room and when I got to the next room, I pulled back the sheets and it had urine stains on the mattress pad… Needless to say it was absolutely disgusting. The staff kept apologizing but the hotel should throw away stained sheets… Absolutely disgusting.

The bed was not supportive for my back—I had pain for several days after my stay.

Good location near Rittenhouse Square and city hall metro. Doorman, valet, bellhop, and front desk staff were attentive and professional. Bar area is convenient for relaxing and waiting. Rooms large and clean. Would stay here again.

Sofitel Phili exceeded my expectations and is in a perfect spot ! I will absolutely stay here again, don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet. The whole experience was above and beyond.
