Great location and the staff was wonderful. However I experienced an encounter with a mouse in the lobby while having dinner. It ran up my leg under my pants. The manager was very apologetic and comped my meal, but probably will not be back.

The fridge wouldn’t open and the maintenance man was unable to open the fridge, the tv didn’t work, light bulbs on the floor, complained to front desk and they gave me food credit at the restaurant but when it was time to checkout I couldn’t use the food credit which doesn’t make sense. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, go to motel 6.

The room was nicely furnished and designed, but the shower needed attention and there was visible mold and water damage. The bathroom sundry kit lacked a makeup remover or facial soap. Also no shampoo in shower, two body gels instead. The windows were also extremely dirty but I get it it’s a big city and the hotel is downtown. Still, if you want to present as a luxury property these are the details. And as they say “details, details, details.” It was still a comfortable stay and the staff was attentive and helpful. Room service croissant and French omelette was delicious and they made sure to give me oatmilk with my coffee. Big thumbs up. Overall recommend.

The breakfast – all the pastries and bread tasted like a refrigerator, as if they had been in a refrigerator or freezer a couple of days unwrapped. Why not have freshly baked pastries? Didn’t like the option not to have the room cleaned. Very uncomfortable with that arrangement. Also the $22 every day to use for food – that was also confusing. Why not just take $22 off the price?

Breakfast was wonderful. Wonderful buffet or menu items. Staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Only downside to our room was it is showing its age though all in working condition. Also the beds for 4 person room were doubles not queens. A little tight. Location was right near Rittenhouse square which was great! Overall a good place to stay.

Great welcome from the staff. Really enjoyed dinner at the downstairs bar. My room was classic, but with comfortable modern amenities. I really liked it. Room service breakfast was not great. Room temperature eggs. No special touches--and a strange tasting butter.

Nice, centrally-located hotel that’s a little tired - rooms in need of a makeover. Still, it’s a strong option close to just about everything downtown.
