Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

It was clean and fairly new. The staff was pleasant. Problem ls included the room design- the sink and shower were in one room and the toilet was in a separate room. Also It was the darkest hotel room ever- no light to get ready by. No bath mat and not enough towels.

Very comfortable, clean, updated hotel. Thoughtful and friendly staff. Nice bar and dining area. Room was very clean, beds were nice. Good location as far as access to a lot of city sites.

The staff were very friendly throughout my stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a great view. And, the location was very nice with a quiet side street entrance but super close to Rittenhousee.

Clean room and convenient location to walk to many places. Bar staff was friendly.

It was very clean the staff are very good there are a lot of things to do near I wish there was a pool and beware around the corners of the bed my family bumped there leg on the bed I give it four in a half star's out of five

It was so comfortable. We all sleep so well We paid for a high floor because the pictures looked great but our room had a blocked view so all we could see was the dumpster. If I had known that is all we would see I wouldn’t have paid the up charge. Also, $70 for parking is very steep!

Very clean and nice bar staff. The spicy chicken wings there were amazing. Negative’s are expensive valet. Area where the hotel is the ghetto part of downtown. But walkable distance to Starbucks and shopping. And didn’t realize this when I booked. But no pools in this hot heat

The linoleum fake wood floor was buckling in a few places. Place is ok, inexpensive enough yet doable for a good neighborhood.

It was a good hotel nice esthetic.

Location was perfect and beds were extremely comfortable. The security deposit only had a contactless card option, not a pin option, which did cause issues when needing to reactivate my credit card. Had to pay via debit card which included an additional fee.

Nobody smile in that hotel from the receptionist to the bartenders, and when I checked there was some hair in the bathroom and there is no cups the room
