Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

Location The book the room I booked was not ready for me and they downgraded me

The hotel was excellent. And the location is superb. I could walk to literally hundreds of restaurants - walk to Rittenhouse Square and even walk to see the Philadelphia Orchestra. The gym and restaurant/bar were perfect amenities.

Nice clean rooms with very helpful staff. Much nicer than we expected.

Great room, great location, great service.

Nice hotel. The room was big and modern. Bed was fine but the pillows were sub par. The hallways and common areas could have been cleaner but room was nice and clean. The main thing I didn’t like was that you accessed the hotel from an alley that was a bit dark and definitely uninviting. Had to take elevator or stairs to the 1st floor lobby which was nice and lively. Lots of airline staff staying there. Patrick at the front desk was super helpful and went out of his way to be accommodating.

Superb

Location. Easy access to museum, restaurants and outdoor activities Nothing

Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Love the room and the dining. And location

Room a good size, bed comfortable and room clean Breakfast not great and expensive

Great location. In walkinv distance to everything. Super modern, beautiful and clean.

Superb

Location and restaurant Payed parking

The room was a good size, and complimentary bottled water was provided every day. The room was not as clean as the Booking.com reviews had suggested, so I was a bit disappointed. The bed was also not particularly comfortable. We left our car in the hotel car park, and it took over 25 minutes for the staff to bring it to us. They had texted us that it would take around 6 minutes, and it was only after I contacted them to ask about the delay that they looked into it.
