Charged twice. 1 week on no refund. Utter disgrace paid in ful in September 2025 for a 3 nights stay in anune 2026. No response from reservations for my refund.

Everything Nothing!

Double paid for parking and the parking attendant had an attitude about how it didn’t show that I already paid. The elevators were clunky and sounded like they were going to fall apart. The room felt like it was falling apart. Wallpaper peeling corner beads exposed. Rusty corners and fixtures hanging out of walls nearly out of the wall completely. Not what was expected for $500 a night.

I stayed one more night somewhere else and I wish I was there the whole time instead. The room here looked like an motel instead of hotel quality. I did like how big it was being a end unit. Parking could of been discounted for folks that have reservations.

Have stayed in this property many times - always great

all great
-
The AC didn’t work properly The water took forever to get hot Just dirty and outdated
-
The staff was great! I was disappointed that the gym was closed for repairs and that wasn’t relayed when I booked my stay.
-
No breakfast avail. Bathrm drain dirty, shower did not work. No one came to show me why it did not work even I requested it the night before.

The staff was delightful especially the front desk

The room

This used to be my favorite hotel in all of Philadelphia. I stayed here several times a year when visiting friends and family in the area. However, this stay was not great. The furniture was so dingy and banged up. Then, we had a leak in the bathroom. It is probably because they plan to remodel and have changed hands to Marriott. I personally hate Marriott so I am now done with The Warwick. We had a good run. Furniture was chipped, damaged, and overall worn. Toilet leaked on floor. Taken over by Marriott which is a chain I dislike ?

quick check-in, friendly staff

The location is perfect They took away all of the original aesthetics, placed it with modern. But I understand their remodeling, even the rooms which desperately need it.
-
Good location. The room was sub par. The room did not look like the picture. Toiletries were small and not enough for 2 people. Bathroom was dated and the patch job in the shower was horrible. Also, 50.00 dollars for parking was insane. You spend a lot of money to stay at the hotel and parking can not even be included?
-
Rug was dirty Rust on the drain in the bathroom Chipped/marked up furniture
-
The location was convenient. The furniture was worn in the lobby and room, scraped and with stuffing coming out. The carpet was filthy! The towels were stained and mismatched! The bathroom was very cramped.
-
Lovation was decent, staff was nice, coffee shop was really good Place was completely run down in my opinion (except for the lobby, which was super nice!), the rooms were so shabby, the bathrub was peeling paint, the beds were so old and springy, the furnture old. For what was paid per night, it was def not what I expected at all. It was clean, but I will find another place next time.
