Great service very nice place
-
Convenient location, comfortable bed and quiet, but overall a tired hotel. Windows dirty and did not open which was too bad given A/C often could not cool room. Nice desk person provided a fan, but still room was hot, damp and musty. WiFi spotty. Overall OK but I think there are better options for the price

Absolutely nothing. Couldn’t shower — mold in there and paint peeling in bathroom and everywhere else. Everything. Couldn’t change the temperature in the room; no Netflix or any streaming service we could use, even with our own account. Only cable.

The location and staff were great. Our room was not in the main hotel, which felt a little weird. Especially since we were given a two room suite, when all we needed was a standard hotel room. In this large suite there was not one place to hang any clothes. The hotel provided a few hangers, but not one rod or hook anywhere. Also, our rooms did not have controllers for the a/c so we had to ask for that. And unfortunately our tv could not get reception. We think it was because our room was so far from the router.

Fantastic day from start to finish. The hotel accommodated all of my requests. The location is excellent, with parking across the street and a plethora of fantastic food options nearby.

I loved the attention to detail. The staff was great as well! Nothing. Everything was great.

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The hotel is tucked just off Rittenhouse Square on a charming side street, and walking to Walnut Street for shopping and dining couldn’t have been easier. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I truly loved my experience here and plan to stay again anytime I’m in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

The women at the front desk were very nice, but other than that, I would never stay or recommend this property.

The location was great ! The staff was helpful and friendly The water in the shower was lukewarm! The windows in the living room area needs shades and could use a full length mirror
-
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had nice selection. Room and bathroom were clean. Main complaint was lack of storage space for clothes, and the bedside tables were small.
-
Excellent location near Rittenhouse Square and good restaurants. Convenient parking lot across the street. Friendly staff.

It was a very weird stay. I never want to get anyone in trouble so I’ll say is when we were checking in there was a guy we assumed was a crazy homeless man screaming on the phone outside. We were nervous to even go inside because he was close to the entrance. We’re waiting in the empty lobby for about 5 minutes, called out “hello” a few times before finally the man screaming outside came inside. Turns out he was the one who was supposed to check in. We get up to our room and the ac doesn’t work unless you turn it all the way down AND the toilet won’t flush. I know the staff knew about it because the back of the toilet was half off when we got into the room. Overall the property is cute and in a good location but we ended up leaving early because we couldn’t deal with the toilet or the room being either muggy or ice cold. Fails frustrating for spending over $700 for a two night stay but it is what it is.
