Lovely place and central location

My room was a dream. I slept so well and so soundly. The building is lovely and the location is very convenient, with minimal neighborhood noise. I had a great stay and absolutely would do so again in the future!

This was such a cute bed and breakfast in Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk in. Easy to catch a bus into downtown or the historic old city. Each room was unique (we peeked in a couple open doors while being cleaned.) The free breakfast was simple but good and because there are only so many guests, never crowded. Staff were nice and helpful. The building is older, and we had to climb 4 stories to our room, which I did not know. Getting luggage up there was a little difficult. We stayed in Chatham. But other areas were on ground level. Having a kitchen and sitting area plus a bedroom, was great!

Beds were comfy.

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood somewhat on the outskirts of Center City, but still within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants, as well as the historic area. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was simple, but the dining area was bright, and there is an outdoor area for when the weather is good. We stayed during the World Cup matches, so the only room available was with a shared bath, but only two rooms shared, so it was not a problem.

This is a WONDERFUL B&B in the heart of Philadelphia. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff is kind and very helpful; the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is great! We will definitely stay there next time we're in town. And, we'll definitely recommend staying here to anyone we know going to Philadelphia this year for the country's 250th birthday (and beyond). Thank you so much for making our stay excellent.

낡은 건물일 거라고 예상은 했는데 엘리베이터가 없는지는 몰랐어요. 좁고 가파른 계단으로 3층까지 가방 옮기느라 고생 좀 했네요. 엘리베이터가 없으면 Porter서비스라도 있어야 할것 같아요. Reception staff도 온라인에 다 있다는 말만 반복하고 도와줄 생각도 없더군요. 위치도 주요 관광지와 너무 멀어서 불편했어요. 다시 이용할 생각은 없어요.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels, water bottles, glasses, and toiletries, both in the shower and bottled toiletries outside the shower. Sheets were incredibly soft and smelled so good!

Clean Roos but lacking gel in dispenser. Tv didn’t work Breakfast was very good temp in room very nice no fridge in this room.

PERFECT location!

Breakfast is good ! It’s quiet and rooms are luxurious as in your own home ! Bathroom is shared between two rooms but I had no problem getting access when needed !staff very sweet especially lovely Maria a god bless her Amin

Beautiful decor in historic building. Large room and comfortable bed.

Clearly even if you dont want to staff the front desk overnight someone should pick up the phone and answer voicemails.

Staff, breakfast, location, atmosphere all 10/10

The hotel was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The only negative thing was the parking and availability to park near the hotel. It was a few blocks away and there was nothing closer to the hotel.

Afternoon staff to check in was wonderful and kind! Room was clean and cookies and coffee were delicious. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Highly recommend
