Amazing hotel! Extraordinary service… and loved our accommodations. Highly recommend!

What stands out most is how genuinely kind and attentive the staff are. They made me feel well taken care of during this visit, and that means a great deal. The experience may not have felt quite as flawless as it did on my earliest stays, but The Rittenhouse is still a hotel I’m happy to return to and recommend. If you’re looking for a spacious room in a fantastic location near shopping and restaurants, The Rittenhouse is an excellent choice.

We stayed for the weekend during the art show in the square. Super convenient as the show was right across the street in beautiful Rittenhouse Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel was perfectly located. Rooms nice and spacious and clean. We will definitely return for next year's art show.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful the beautiful fresh orchids were lovely There was absolutely nothing. I did not like about this hotel. It was exceptionally clean.

The Rittenhouse provided a perfect location for a wonderful Labor Day weekend. This was an extremely enjoyable stay from check in to check out. The staff was wonderful and the room was perfect.

The room was spacious and had a nice park-facing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for every where we wanted to visit in the city. Overall we really enjoyed our stay though we would have loved a room with more windows.

Anyway, the next day, after returning from a long afternoon walk, I found dirty hand towels in the bathroom! Come on!! Really?? I don't know what's going on at The Rittenhouse Hotel, but my stay was very disappointing. I was told by management that they'd contact Expedia for a partial refund. Will not recommend The Rittenhouse Hotel to family or friends. Sorry. If it's any consolation, the spa and indoor pool, was was very nice, clean, and well-maintained.

The front entrance smelled like a porta potty. I raised this to the staff but they didn’t seem to smell it.

Polite staff at the entrance and even in the lift.

Better check the cleanness of the towels before use, I didn’t makeup but found makeup marks on face towels after use.
