Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was professional, helpful, facility clean, love the breakfast menu, and I like the nice park in front of the hotel, and I out door patio next to the gym.

Beautiful hotel

Wonderful welcome by Kai at the front door. Staff was amazing. Our corner room was spacious and clean. Loved the salt water pool and location was great. Library bar area with live jazz music was a nice touch.
-
Excellent service all around!
-
Beautiful quiet room, excellent location right on the park, loved the Library bar.
-
Lovely property, very good location. Very comfortable. The hotel could use a refresh.

Charming hotel in a convenient location. Staff are nice.

Very professional staff.

Restaurant and bar service while food was understaffed. I was told there was a welcome amenity by Expedia but not given anything.
-
Beautiful room in the ninth floor. Comfortable bed, quiet, and helpful valet parking. Great location in the city too, next to relaxing Rittenhouse Square (park) and within walking distance to many nice restaurants.

Room 804. Swimming pool. Room not made up until I called at 5 pm. The woman was now instructed to rebuild the bed--totally unnecessary as I was staying continuously in the room. Next, there was no one to greet us at breakfast. There were free tables but we were finally told we would have to sit on a bench at the entrance and wait for quite a bit until we could be seated. We walked out! When I came out and said aloud, "I need to call an Uber," one of the staff hanging out at the front door mocked me by repeating the request in a nasty voice. I didn't need that!

We had lunch in your dining room La Croix and it cost $90 for two club sandwiches and two bottles of domestic beer. I accept that; however, the turkey club sandwiches were made from ordinary cold cuts. At $26 a sandwich it was way overpriced and not tasty. Then the next morning, we went to breakfast, which I had prepaid for, and they could not seat us after a long wait because they said “they were out of food”! Could not believe a 5 star hotel would have such poor food service. The room decor was dated but the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable.

My experience started rough but quickly was cleared up. I appreciated the attention to where they needed to do better. They pivot and get tmit fixed. All the greeters out front are super nice and helpful.

A beautiful location with welcoming staff. A great property with relaxing amenities. The rooms are well appointed with great views of the city. The spa is extra special.

The spa time was worth it. Room was wonderful.

Really nice stay. I will be back.

Great: service, staff, salt water pool, Le Croix restaurant with awesome service and food, room size, decor Horrible; TV remote broken and when "fixed" did not merge with channels so it was a mess. black out curtains did not fit so street ights shone in my eyes all night long, hallway to bathroom was totally dark with no night lights to gude you and VERY dangerous, amenity of housekeeping "turn down" never showed up If I could, I would demad a partial refund

Family and I had a wonderful stay here! Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff at the Rittenhouse is the best I’ve encountered anywhere. We stayed there several years ago, and most of the staff we encountered- doormen, valet, concierge, and front desk were the same people. They do whatever they can to make you delighted.
