Room service dining needs to be 24/7. Wine needs to be an option in the room bar.

It’s a very nice hotel - room was big and very comfortable. But I read that it was a “luxury” hotel and it didn’t seem very luxury - no turn-down service notably. Some staff (pool/spa area) were great.

We can’t wait to go back! Rick and Brigid Scire

I loved staying there at RH! Food to service was great. I will say getting the valet for my car at the end I did wait like 45 minutes which was a bit annoying but overall everything else was perfect

Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. We stayed in a superior king room overlooking the park, and never want to stay elsewhere again on our frequent trips to the city! A luxuriously large, well-equipped room with a very comfortable mattress, great views of the park, unusually comfortable chairs. The staff is quick to answer questions if you have them. It's very much worth it to splurge on a reservation here; it will create great memories for you.

Property is very nice, it’s a beautiful hotel , could be a great getaway for couples. HUGE plus it’s dog friendly. Amazing. Car service offer is a nice touch. Breakfast is very good too, great options. Cons: Front desk is lacking training, knowledge at least the ones we encountered with. Housekeeping is terrible. Room is not very clean- esp showers. Gross. Even after they apparently made the room. It’s half way done. Nothing is replaced either: like tea, or body lotion. Definitely needs an upgrade on that. Overall all the experience is nice but room for improvement for sure.

Top notch. Could not be a better location in all of Philadelphia. The room was spacious and beautiful, everything was well thought out. I enjoyed nice touches, such as *two* folding luggage supports, two umbrellas, etc. I've gotten used to even the luxury hotels having installed "fancy" technology amenities many years ago, only to have them poorly supported now (chromecast that doesn't function, remote controls with dead batteries, wifi that requires multiple logins per stay, complicated light switches that make no sense, dead USB-chargers, inaccessible outlets). The Rittenhouse was on top of all of it and actually kept them all up to date! All the batteries in all the remotes had been replaced. I did not have to move furniture to find an outlet. They do have a sophisticated lighting system, but I thought it worked intuitively. Newspapers in the lobby, fresh cookies in the afternoon, refreshing spa water, all nice touches. I thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the fitness room. I could not believe that they actually have a Pilates reformer in the fitness room. I've stayed at many high-end hotels and have never seen that.

Wonderful welcome by Kai at the front door. Staff was amazing. Our corner room was spacious and clean. Loved the salt water pool and location was great. Library bar area with live jazz music was a nice touch.

Very professional staff.

Restaurant and bar service while food was understaffed. I was told there was a welcome amenity by Expedia but not given anything.
-
Beautiful room in the ninth floor. Comfortable bed, quiet, and helpful valet parking. Great location in the city too, next to relaxing Rittenhouse Square (park) and within walking distance to many nice restaurants.

Room 804. Swimming pool. Room not made up until I called at 5 pm. The woman was now instructed to rebuild the bed--totally unnecessary as I was staying continuously in the room. Next, there was no one to greet us at breakfast. There were free tables but we were finally told we would have to sit on a bench at the entrance and wait for quite a bit until we could be seated. We walked out! When I came out and said aloud, "I need to call an Uber," one of the staff hanging out at the front door mocked me by repeating the request in a nasty voice. I didn't need that!
