Aloft by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown

The location was the biggest bonus- very walkable to everything. Q at the bar was the biggest highlight. Thw staff should have been nonexistent as they were not helpful

This was our second stay here. Location is great. Valet is prompt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be staying our next trip into the city.

The room was delightful. The decor was elegant for a small space. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my partner and I. There wasn't anything I did not like.

Superb

This is a great location close to the City Hall, the bus, and the Reading Terminal Market. Easy and welcoming Lobby Space for visiting and a friendly bar. Pretty clean and functional room. Tepid water for showers twice. Staff perfunctory, but efficient. Main lobby entry stair difficult especially for lugging bags. Very high priced “store” off lobby. Noisy and clunky room air system, we shut it off, and put up with a too warm room.

This hotel is just beautiful and quiet. My room was on the 19th floor so the view was amazing! Great lighting if your photogenic or in content creating bag. The front desk was friendly not the overnight guy though but Olan was perfect and met my accommodations with care

Good area

This hotel is in the heart of the city which made it easy to get around. It was clean and modern. The outdoor space was a nice plus. It’s affordable as well. The staff was extremely helpful and lovely. The check in process was quick and easy. I will absolutely stay here again. The cons: lighting in the room was especially low. Hard to do ur make up. lol! The food service was unclear. I think there was food at the hotel but I guess you can only get it in ur room? The parking is $71 per overnight which was too much. Other than that we loved it

Convenient location, quick and easy check-in and check-out. Building was nice and clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a nice hotel conveniently located adjacent to the Convention Center. I’d stay there again. My main quibble, as it is with so many hotels, is that the AC is obnoxiously loud when it kicks in. It will wake you up at night. Why can’t hotels figure out quiet HVAC systems?
