Great location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The valet parking was a nightmare. Both nights we were there. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our car valeted . I would recommend self parking and paying less money.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was loud. But staff were uniformly nice and helpful and the location is terrific

Clean room

I have been attempting to resolve an issue that I was fooled by the front desk was just a call away from resolving. Instead, I can’t get anyone on the phone and neither could Expedia. So now you lied to me about the incidentals fee, ruined my 18th year wedding anniversary AND can’t be bothered to answer the phone or respond to emails from Expedia to make any of it right. So tiny rooms, high price, terrible service and false ownership just to get your frustrated guests out of the way? Got it!

I slept well and woke up to a beautiful view of the top of city hall.

I was advised that I could check out early if I was unhappy with the accommodations. After contacting Marriott Customer Care about my experience, I later learned that the Assistant General Manager informed Marriott that I was no longer welcome at the property, which was both surprising and disappointing. Overall, I found the customer service to be unhelpful, and the issues with the rooms were never adequately resolved. Because I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the hotel, I ultimately disputed the room charges with my bank.

Clean room and helpful staffs

The staff was amazing. The vibe and atmosphere was very inviting and fun. The location was very convenient. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Philly!

The shower had a little caulk left from the product display, which was very minor. The sheet did have a random stain on it. Throughout our 2 1/2 days, stay housekeeping only came in to our room once. I expected more from this chain of hotels.

Gorgeous landmark building a couple blocks from public transportation stops, convention center, and key tourism spots. Saturday night the lobby bar is lively and has a connecting outdoor patio. staff are friendly attentive and helpful.

The hotel stay met expectations. Smooth check in and room/shower were perfect. Great lobby and convenient location. Upon arrival we were short a towel and no body wash in the shower, but both issues were resolved quickly.
