For what they charge it’s not worth it, the rooms are way too dim, the shower has poor water pressure and wasn’t that clean. They have the cheapest toilet paper! The staff for the most part are not helpful or friendly with the exception of one young man which I don’t remember his name he was very helpful.

Extremely well run. Professional staff. Great location and breakfast.

Just rude service, the parking services takes 25mims to get your car and they charge $70

The property was well clean, the $200 deposit was to steep and I shouldn't have had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. On top of that $70 a day for parking outrages. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Updated hotel with abysmal customer service, from valet (had to go inside to request valet who still took another 15 minutes to show up, and then advises you to expect 25min for car pickup, all for $74.65 per day) to front desk staff (single seated staff member upon entry who had to go get someone to check us in; after waiting for Nylah, she was extremely unwelcoming, provided no direction to amenities or even the elevator after checking in and had a general "not my job" attitude when asked questions, including about the valet), to dining staff (no acknowledgement/greeting at all when walking up). The street was blocked off completely for the majority of the day hours after check-in due to some sort of festival, which is not the hotel's fault, but it would have been good customer service to advise guests of this upon checking in. As we are visitors to the area, it would have been nice to be advised of alternate routes to get to the hotel. Would never return to this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone.

Our feedback, the reels & sheets were not great, rough and scratchy. Also, housekeeping never came to freshen up our room our entire stay, so we ran out of towels. The woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly either. The valet stand gentleman was lovely and super helpful though.

It was our first time to the city and the location was excellent. Staff was friendly and the room and atmosphere were super nice!

The location was great and the historic nature was inviting. But the highlight was the staff interaction. Dedicated to service. A standout was Catherine, the Front Office Manager who checked us in and provided a very welcoming service.

Seeking a 6/15-17 stay starting the next day (Mon), fat fingered 6/14-17, starting Sunday, 1130pm the night of booking. Showed up Mon afternoon to check-in. Saw my mistake, I’d overpaid for 30 mins of an empty room. Nbd, I said, my mistake, I’ll eat it. But the computer canceled my entire stay as a “no show.” No call, email, msg (event thru app) from hotel. Now Expedia says no refund if YOU cancel, but the hotel canceled. Mind you this was 16h after submitting, I hadn’t missed any next day’s check-in time. Simply, the computer’s date field ticked. Staff acted like cops, overtalking, rehashing the mistake I’d owned to pretend they couldn’t see the absurdity of a no-contact cancellation. I wasn’t seeking to excuse my mistake, just some human help/ responsibility for the compounding effect of brittle computer policies. They “couldn’t” contact me "b/c Expedia keeps client info confidential" –> relay services exist. They “couldn’t” refund me b/c Expedia sets policy -> not true. They had vacancies, the help they could offer was the privilege of booking again (pay twice!). I left. Later two separate Expedia reps confirmed the hotel approves refunds. They contacted a Katherine who denied both requests for the unused nights. tldr; Nice hotel-shaped AirBnB. Don’t prepay. Don’t expect professional service if a mistake happens. Policies aren’t accidental.

The bar tender was a female that acted as if the guests are bothering her yet there was only 3 of us in the entire bar area and no other guests. It was 10pm in the evening and the bar did not close for another hour. I felt sorry for the one guest that she was mean to. She does not belong in the hospitality business. She moved so slow and was annoyed to be there. I stayed on 6/15/2026 so hopefully management will see this and watch the video of the evening. Otherwise, the property is always so nice, and the staff is great except this one person.

The staff at the restaurant wasn't helpful.

The restaurant served good food but appeared as a bar, not a restaurant. The only waitress was also the bartender. Either the reception desk staff should be more informative about the bar/restaurant or there needs to be better signage. After registering, the receptionist gave us our room keys with the room number on the folder, but did not tell us where the elevator was located nor that the room signage on the 5th floor was inadequate. Fortunately we found a housekeeper who kindly walked us to our room. We are world travelers and have never experienced such poor room directions.

Good for a quick stay. The rooms are a little small, lacks view and could be updated.

Breakfast good, staff at night, terrible, bartender with miserable attitude, front desk, not helpful whatsoever, room, not clean and had to change rooms due to it smelling like smoke, even the second room, not clean. For a two night stay we checked out and left early because we couldn’t stand this hotel.

It was in a nice location

I left something in my room and I had a hard time getting through to the hotel. The hotel said that they didn't find what I left, but ir was something obvious that you shouldn't throw away.

Place was extra fantastic

Toilet was stopped up but staff was nice and accommodating . Ice machine on 7th floor was out of order my entire stay

Great location and scenery. Bikes are at the municipal building, which is around the corner. Restaurants within walking distance.
