Nice location. Near from everything
-
Our room had no air conditioning and the bathtub water did not drain properly. The hotel staff consistently failed to buzz us into the wheelchair entrance - we had to buzz other businesses to get in, which of course only worked while those businesses were open. Lots of unhoused people inhabiting the area around the hotel, although the location was convenient to some sights and the convention center.

Overall the property was good. Staff was super helpful and even accommodated an early check in. The room was fine. Kind of Small and very dim. There were several lamps but they were all very dim and there didn’t seem to be any way to brighten them. The lamps by the bed were too dim to read comfortably by.

Love this place

This property was a good place to stay. We went on a day they were sold out. There was some delays in cleaning the room but the front desk staff was genuinely apologetic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The maid staff was helpful and friendly.

It was a good stay. It was hard to find parking in the street. There as a parking a close by.

Not too many hotels have a room with two queens and a pullout sofa bed. This whole hotel does a Met the needs of my family. Staff were really nice and close to the Reading terminal market which while you’re in Philly everyone must visit. Now $70 for parking is ridiculous. Take your car and go park it on a lot of few blocks away for 25.

It was a nice stay in a good walking location. The bar was nice and the bartender was nice as well.

Great location. Popular city sites and eateries in walking distance. Diner next store open late and very delicious. Figuring out the valet upon arrival which we were at the hotel. Very late /early morning was a little challenging at first. Didn’t love the $70 valet/parking fee when paying for a suite especially but it wasn’t a shock I was aware of the fee. The room was very clean and spacious . Beds were comfortable and room was quiet . The view (see photo ) of Ben Franklin. City Hall was amazing. (Windows were dirty on the outside which made it a little bit of a glare during the day, but it was beautiful) would stay here again .

I enjoy the complementary amenities and the room was laid out well. Kathrine at the front desk and Jay at valet made my stay extra special. I would say it would’ve been nice to have been told the layout of the amenities included where to access the courtyard but overall I enjoyed it and I spent more time outside than anything!

Great location. Clean hotel
-
The suite was perfect for our family of 4. Nice space, clean, comfy beds, glad to have a bathtub (instead of a walk-in shower) for our two little kids. Great location and easy valet service. Would stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable

Nice place for the price. Could of have a little better maintenance especially for new renovations
-
Great experience! Staff was very helpful. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Close to Philly downtown sites.
-
Great place to stay. It was centrally located and allowed us to explore the city. Would stay here again.

We arrived and the bedroom was unfortunately dirty. It appears that the previous guest had dropped food at the entrance of the room. It was not cleaned. I requested at the front desk if they could please clean the room by the time we got back. They did the regular maintenance / clean up, but completely ignored the food that the previous guest spilled on the floor. The bed was also not made well on the first night. Lastly, they had the name of another guest written down on the board. It looked like they just quickly threw it all together without actually cleaning anything and was honestly very disappointing.
