Exceptional

Very nice property! Enjoyed the Oasis with our children and grandchildren!

We celebrated our kids birthdays here during our stay and it was an absolute blast! We reserved a cabana for Saturday to enjoy a day at the water park with family and will be doing that again! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Was treated horrible I did not like the way everything was going and front desk and manager were very rude never ever do that again I would love to have my credit back but it is what it is Very horrible I would love to have my credit back my money back on my card but that's not going to happen so I'll just leave it as that never go over there again was treated wrong by management and front desk

We booked a DELUXE suite for 2 nights, First, they tried to put us in a room that's on a very far side of the resort, 1/2 mile from all the amenities of this resort, such as the water park, gym, etc, i.e. when you want to go there, you'd have to wait for a shuttle every time or walk half a mile in 100 degree heat, or drive your car, and then spend 40 minutes looking for a place to park (HUGE resort, but you can barely find spot to park!) So, I asked them to move us closer, they put us in room C160, which turned out to be on the 1st floor corner location right next to the stair case and the main walkway of the building (people walking by your room and above you 24/7) and it felt like a basement because of the "view" of a 10' block wall immediately in front of the windows so no sun light can even get in the room, and the bumpers of the parked cars right above, and bright light that shined into our windows 24/7! Not a deluxe feel! Next day I told them that this is not what we paid for for, fair to say they offered to move us, but to move for one night is such a hassle, so I asked them to give us a discount on our stay, They refused, told us that we already got discounted rate thru expedia, LIE, we checked, it was the same rate if we booked on their site directly. Instead they offered us "food credit", LIE: I bought a simple yogurt and a sandwich for almost $50, they never credited anything. Cleaning service didn't even give us extra coffee or cups for day 2! Resort feels CHEAP!

Everything was great! Complex is kinda of confusing but once you figure it out it wasn’t to bad.

The cleanliness of our shower was especially disappointing. There was still hair left behind from the previous guests, and the clear stripping along the bottom of the shower was visibly dirty. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and overall upkeep. There were also bricks falling off in some of the landscaped areas, and the lower-level “Sedona” pool had quite a few bugs in the water. Overall, I wish we had chosen a different resort that felt cleaner, better maintained, and more reflective of the price we paid.

The room size was nice, the proximity to the hwy and outings was great. The facility was clean and well kept. For what it cost the suites should at least have a microwave. We ended up throwing away quite a bit of food due to not being able to reheat.

I had originally reserved a room at another hotel with a water park a few more miles further from the airport, but after reading some pretty bad reviews, we canceled and booked a suite at the Arizona Grand Resort. We are so glad we did! We arrived several hours before check in, however, they had an available room so we were able to check in early. The rooms, resort and grounds are all very nicely maintained. The pools are open late and the staff will drive you around in a golf cart to get you where you want to go. We took a nice hike right behind the resort and then had a really good dinner at Rustlers Rooste, which is a fun, western style restaurant. The portions are huge! The suites are so nice and big and each building has thier own pool, so no need to worry you won't get a lounge chair. Great place to stay.

Everything great and exceptional. Loved the pool, lazy river and slides. Super nice property and room. Will definitely return and told our family and friends about it! nothing

Because my son and I had a wonderful time spending the few days together. My only Disappointment in the room was the fact that the blackout blind was ripped. The shower curtain in the bathroom was inadequate to hold water in the tub, and the faucet had to be turned harder to turn off water from leaking into the tub. Lastly, the electrical outlet, where the coffee maker was did not work. The pools were beautiful, clear water, lazy river was awesome. And the wave pool was incredible. It was different to have to move from pool to lazy river and slides because of the lack of lifeguards on duty. It was just different, not bad and understood the reasons for it. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, which is appreciated very much especially when being away from home and staying at a hotel.

Great facilities and location. Golf course was in great shape. Room and pool were also great

Our suite was comfortable. We really enjoyed the waterpark. The workout facility was top notch.

I was not impressed as the resort didn’t seem very wheelchair accessible.
