A couple of bags with our food and snacks was missing when we returned to our room from the pools. Cleaning crew took our things and couldn’t get it back.

Amazing resort with so many amenities!

Our suite was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the suite was spacious for 5 people. We ordered breakfast from one of the hotel restaurants, The Lobby Grill. It was fast and tasty. Rustler's Rooste Steakhouse is a great dinner option with amazing views of the city. The kids loved the slide and live music. Overall the stay was wonderful and we will be back again. The only slight negative was finding parking near our room. However, it was a holiday weekend and the hotel seemed to be pretty booked. I highly recommend this hotel for family vacation/staycations in Phoenix.

I have been staying at this location for the past 8 years and always get 6 wristbands for the 6 persons guest/room. This year I was required to pay for the 5th one, my 6 person didn’t show up or I would have had to pay for 2 of the 6 wristbands.

This hotel is very outdated. My room was not clean at all. Would not stay here again

So far so good!!

In the room, the air filter needed to be changed. It was super dusty and old and affected the air quality as well as the air condition quality. Also, there was an extra charge to get a microwave. It was $10 per night and that was not clear in the description when booking the room in the bathroom. The showerhead had mold on top of it by our room. The ice in the water section did not work. I would have appreciated if the pools had extended hours they closed at 10, but having them extended to midnight would have been so much more helpful, especially due to the late check-in everything was very expensive if you did wanna have water or snacks they were super expensive. The spa treatments were very expensive so anything extra became super expensive. The overall staff was kind and nice.

The resort was dirty. Kids running up & down the hallways at night, people smoking pot throughout the night. I understand kids get excited but the supervision was nonexistent. Very disappointing. The up side was, the staff at the lobby hotel restaurant had a great staff, especially Katie!

Will come again

It’s a very old property however they do with it what they can. It was old, definitely needs some updates. Rooms smelled a bit moldy. I thought it was our room but also had another for my daughter and her friends and it was the same.
