Great resort

We had a great stay at the Arizona Grand Resort and Spa. Our family of five enjoyed the room and comfortable beds, multiple pool options, beautiful palm trees and buildings, and the Oasis Water Park! We were there in 115 degree temps and the AC in the room worked fabulously when we needed a reprieve. The beds were super comfy and despite our room being located adjacent to water park, it was very quiet. There was something for everyone at the water park-from lounging in the shade and floating the lazy river...to our whole family taking turns going down the slides...to playing volleyball for hours!!!!....to a poolside movie night one of the nights we were there. The only negative is that the food/drink costs at the hotel were overly pricey. Thank you for a great stay!

Only stayed 1 night but wish we would’ve stayed longer. Rooms are dated but clean. The resort grounds are beautiful. It’s nice they have a few restaurant options onsite. Food was good, but drinks are expensive and not very good. Having the waterpark there is great if you have kids.

Clean room. Staff was friendly, helpful and replied very quickly. Very much enjoyed our stay! 😊

Great place to stay for a night or a weekend, only thing that was disappointing was the hours of the Oasis park, wish they'd stay open a little longer.

There was one experience that I had that turned me off ..There was a white female that when I got there that was sitting on a day bed..It seems like she was sitting there for a good while , cus she had her towels set up and was looking very comfortable.. So my Granddaughter was like Grandma sit here so you can watch us play. So I decided to sit down and set up my towels..It was my first time staying at the Resort so I wasn’t awear that was the Day bed and you had to pay for it.. So anyway .. A young lady came up to me and say that I can’t stay there cus I would have to pay for it.. So I said ok and I got up and left.. My point is that other women has been sitting there for a period of time and no one went to her…..They came to me first.. So I’m wondering how come they waited for me to sit there..So I looked over at the other women and looked at the young lady ..She look over at the over women and had a smirk on her face., Wait she has been sitting there comfortably for awhile,,,,So I’m wondering if I didn’t sit there if anyone would of mentioned it to that other one and advise her that she wasn’t able to sit there.. When they went over to that other women.. That’s when she took out her card and then she paid..I could of done the same thing and paid…That made me felt real uneasy .. It just changed my mood.. Because I was there with my Grandbabies..I just made the best of it…

We were located in the Sedona building. Great locations directly next to the Oasis waterpark. We were able to check in at noon to get our waterpark wristbands and our room was already ready! We also visited the Lobby Bar on sight to play pool and hang out after the waterpark closed. We've been here several times and mid August it was the busiest we've ever seen it as far as the waterpark. If you can wait until late September, early October, it's always much less busy.

Nice pools and grounds, very helpful staff. Pricing at lobby bar/restaurant was pretty steep, more reasonable at the outlying restaurants.
-
Great accommodations. The bed was super comfortable. King suite had separate bedroom with secondary sleeping area in the living room, great for parents with kids.

Very good

I enjoyed the golf cart ride amenity.
-
Even though I loved my stay at Arizona grand, I truly wish my room was ready at check-in time at three. I wasn’t able to get my keys to my room until a little over two hours past check-in time.
-
Room was great, comfortable and pleny of room Parking, you need more parking lots and only allow people to park on the little alley ways in front of the rooms for loading and unloading. Not all the time like you do currently

I took my son here for a vacation. He’s 14. We had a fantastic trip. The waterpark was excellent. The staff was excellent. It was very close to downtown where we went and watched our Padres play the Diamondbacks. Great time for a family adventure or if you’re out with the guys to play around the golf.

Resort was not that crowded. Clean room and great air conditioning. Stayed close to water park. I enjoyed the small balcony and would come back again.

It clean Parking is horrible… bed was lumpy

Although a somewhat dated resort, it's charm and cleanliness, and courteousness is ever-present.

Great resort so much fun for the kids! The pictures actually don’t do it justice… It’s even better in person!

Everything was great about the property! Location was wonderful, it was near places to eat, coffee shop, a mall etc . The water park is amazing and all the pools at the resort were great as well! The only complaint is the doors to the rooms didn't have proper seals, they had large gaps at the bottom of the doors, so dust blew in.
