Ive been staying at this motel for a while....it used to be better kept....dont know if management or ownership changed but the maintenance has been lacking lately.....its easily accessible from the I-17 and it is gated the homeless issue they cant really do much bout it......the Waffle house is within a short walk and its a good place to eat

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was pleasant, bed comfortable, AC worked well and met all our needs; the amenities for laundry, snacks, ice, were all well maintained, and the breakfast though minimal met all our expectations. I would stay here again on my next visit to Phoenix.

Room was clean but the walls were kind of thin and you hear the coughing from the guy next door
-
I follow the rules. Im not a smoker. I was accused of smoking in room. Front desk person check it. So that was a hassle.
-
The breakfast was minimal but that was fine.
-
As described!
-
There is no elevator and the breakfast could be a lot more better. More inviting.
-
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix area!!!!!!!

The beds were hard. Worse beds I've ever slept in. The breakfast area is very small. It was hard to get breakfast with 20 other people trying too. It was in a corner with little room to move.

The ac never worked for the entire night
-
It was an ok hotel to stay at loved how close everything was the room could have been better but it was still nice overall
-
It was a decent price for to keep family safe and comfy until we could arrange their short term Al apartment. Thank you!
-
The staff at Day's Inn was truly helpful in our unique circumstances. Thank you!
-
The property was clean the room was fantastic the staff was excellent the only complaint I had or have would be I wish I had more time there
-
would not return. Front desk evening clerk not very hospitable, no elevator, got second floor, am 75 years old! Breakfast selection poor. Did not smell very good.
-
It was fine for the short stay.

The place was very clean. The pool looked clean but there were a couple guys hanging around in there. Completely dressed in grubby street clothes. I didn’t feel comfortable going there because of that. There needs to be things in the room like wall hanging such as pictures. Because even though it was clean it didn’t have a very homey feeling

The staff was very helpful. We called ahead to make sure we could do a late check-in, they said no problem and they meant it. We checked in around 12 midnight without any issues. Room was clean and ready for us. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was as strong as you would like it. Definitely would recommend.

Stayed here many times. I like the fact that the waffle house is within walking distance...the beds r decent and its right off the interstate......however over time the homeless issue has gotten worse in that neighborhood it's not the motels fault and they do what they can with fencing and security systems

That I had a place to sleep Literally everything. It was very disgusting. The sheets and comforter were dirty. The floors and bathroom were disguised. But I had just landed at midnight from traveling all day and needed a place to sleep.
