The first room we were in, the shower didn’t work. We were upgraded to another room. The room was fine. The hotel is a bit run down. Could be cleaner. Doesn’t smell great.

My reservation was canceled 5 minutes after I made it. And by the time I got there, I hadn't noticed, but when I tried to check-in, I was told that the room was oversold and there was nothing that they could do. They would not refund my money and booking.com. Still hasn't refunded my money.

When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again

Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location They need kitchen supplies! You guys charge for everything. No hair dryers either. You’re lucky if they have one that is first come first serve.
