Clean and convenient

split a burrito with my daughter. It was good. The staff should tell people with little ones or elder family members that they should drop their luggage at the front entrance before parking the car. The parking is across the street, and the temperature was 111 degrees. Not too pleasant to have to haul our luggage + in that heat.

The hotel and staff are excellent and a great value for the quality of the hotel and it's very central location. The one negative is the parking situation, which is in a lot across the street from the hotel. Normally, that's pretty standard and would not be an issue but in the 113 degree heat during my stay, it would have been nice to have underground parking or put up some kind of shade awnings or more permanent shade coverings in the lot. Obviously, the hotel is NOT responsible for the heat of Phoenix, and the swimming pool was extremely spacious and well received. Overall, an excellent value and Phoenix is just an extremely hot place which could use more shaded parking, that's all. I would definitely st there again.

The location was great! There was this sewer smell in the hallway

Very good stay. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars was parking is a bit inconvenient on a surface lot across the street and the QR code they give you to access it is hard to scan so getting in is really a challenge. Housekeeping started at 8 AM on a Saturday morning and was very noisy including two knocks at my door, I hurried to shower and get out as it was clear they were wanted to get in and clean early.

Very clean and very helpful staff

The hotel thermostat was not working. The room did not cool even if the thermostat temperature was low
-
Great experience everything was clean and staff was very nice
-
The place is immaculate I loved it there
-
Parking was one block away and it was 118 degrees outside. But I loved the room. It was worth the hassle.

Everything, it was very clean! Great customer service. There was nothing I didn’t like.

When we first got there, the systems were down for some odd reason. Everybody was getting complementary cookies. Me and my daughter were not offered at any point any of that given a room that I didn’t pay for so I’m not sure if I was charged more than the room that was given to us had I wanna say 3 inches from the floor to where the door was at absolutely no privacy anybody could slip anything under the door the shower curtain look like there was dried up blood. The tile in the bathroom look like they just threw some caulking on it. It was never fixed. The AC didn’t work in the room good thing that we had a little fan of our own we would’ve figured they would’ve given us a complementary breakfast for all the trouble that they had did and absolutely nothing. My room was booked in advanced staff was rolling eyes at customers when the outage was out customers were concerned, just like I was, and I just see staff in their eyes. I will never stay at this location ever again.

It was good. Thanks!

Location was good and staff was helpful They had some water work being done and entrance into the property was hard to get into. The ice machines were not working on two floors and the AC was a bit warm.

Very nice large hotel with good pool and gym. What has happened to the simple things like a glass in the bathroom? Or a proper coffee cup. Been in the USA a week and like the hotels however they lack the basic amenities we enjoy in Australia, Europe, Asia and South America. Bring my own cups?!

Also there was a constant odor of what smelled like mold/mildew in the Hallways of both Floors 1 &2 in Cabana side. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned and sanitized and fresh air pumped into ventilation system. Room was clean and beds/pillows were confortable. Breakfast service and food was very good.

The room we got was a lot smaller than expected, maybe because it was a corner room? It was also pretty hot but as to be expected in AZ in July. It didn't really feel like the ac was doing much. Otherwise, clean room and nice staff. No free breakfast, free parking was nice, but a bit of a walk.

My daughters wanted to swim since the pool was opening at 7am. They went down three times from 7am-8:30am. Pool was still not open. Apparently the person that was suppose to open the pool just arrived. They didn’t get to swim we just got ready to leave to proceed on our travel.
