It was a little unfortunate that the air conditioner didn’t work stronger. It was a little frustrating that we had to pay for breakfast unless we were a special member. The missed details with the parking lot code made it not work a couple times. The staff was mostly helpful, though. The rooms were very clean. It was quiet. The hot tub didn’t seem to work strongly or hot, but the pool itself was fine. We would probably stay there again!

We stayed while getting our kids into a local college. They really did exceed expectations with cleanliness, accommodations, and ease of use. We will stay again on future college visits.

Room was very clean. Check in was fast and simple. AC was great! Breakfast was delicious-really appreciated having it there.

Due to an unforeseen emergency we had to cancel our trip to Phoenix. But the Double Tree refused to give us a refund, they say it’s their policy. I call it robbery!! Expedia should not do business with this hotel chain

Unfortunately, the checkout experience was disappointing. The normal checkout time is 11:00 AM, but I confirmed a late checkout of 11:30 AM with the front desk. Despite that, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door starting at 11:00 AM , then again around 11:15 AM and 11:20AM , making me feel pressured to leave even though I had not passed my approved checkout time. If a guest is granted a 30-minute late checkout, I think housekeeping should be informed and allow the guest to use that time without being repeatedly disturbed. When I finally left the room, the housekeepers were laughing, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable and as though I had been chased out. Everything else about my stay was good, but this experience at the end was frustrating and unnecessary. Will not recommend this place. If you do come, do not extend your check out time!

was placed in a room next to the elevator, heard the noise from that all night. Also hear the yard cleaners in the early morning hours as well and being next to the electrical sight heard all the traffic. Not a sound proof room, heard everything and not able to sleep at all.
-
I had to change rooms because the first one wasn't cleaned yet. It is a long walk back to lobby with all my luggage. Front desk clerk was nice.
-
Large gap under the door. Charged for most stuff (coffee in the lobby and waters in your room)
-
A long walk from parking to the front desk and then to the room
-
Clean room, GIANT pool, staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again
-
Too long of a distance from the room to the lobby, breakfast was a long wait because no one was there, but it was a nice hotel
-
Clean room and good Service
-
My room was right next to elevator so I heard elevator and people noise all night.
-
The bar is also currently closed awaiting their updated liquor license.

The staff at the front desk were warm and friendly. I mentioned that our hot air balloon ride was cancelled and it was the reason I traveled to Arizona for my birthday. When we returned to our room there was a lovely gift from the GM! While it didn’t make up for my disappointment of not being able to ride the hot air balloon, it certainly made my day, I was truly grateful that I only mentioned my birthday in passing but the staff were listening. They truly lived up to the Hilton promise of filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.
