Beautiful room , staff friendly and area was really nice . Definetly going back.

The room was dirty. Definitely needed to be cleaned a lot better. The sheets seemed like they weren’t changed because there was a lot of hair on them. Front desk was okay. Wasn’t very inviting when you walked in. The lady at the bar that night was amazing! Very sweet and friendly.

Hotel was cool. Gym sucked. Staff was lost. Parking situation was wild. 40 bucks for valet or 30 for self park. Lot was tiny and you risked getting a boot on your car. Insane for it being downtown Phoenix. You’d think it was LA ? And I’m I live in LA. Anyways hotel room was cool. The gym was miserable but worked for basics. And they staff was incredibly unhelpful. But whatever. Made the best of it.

- Rooms were clean, but dated. - overall facilities were clean and well managed - workers were helpful. - On a separate note, they put me in a room next to the ice dispensing machine when there were plenty of available rooms…hospitality 101, guys, come on…

Staying here was great! Helpful staff, good food and drinks and located close to many fun places!

Not very accommodating to ADA.

Check in wasn't. They didn't have my room ready at 4pm which is an hour after expected check-in. Waited an hour, to finally check-in. The location was great, the hotel was great and the room was great!

Comfortable place, great outdoor surroundings for your pet.Thats why we come back to this place

Beautiful art all around the hotel and convenient to downtown. Would stay again even though a few minor things happened. Gate to pool was broken, 15% off the restaurant was given at check in and we got some stuff there, but they didn’t include it and we had a late checkout for noon, but they came knocking at 11am just to ask if we had a late check out?

Great vibe overall, from the Reception area, the bar and the room itself. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for getting around downtown and going to a Diamondback game.

Loved my stayed at the Found:ren, the only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of the parking situation. It's a $35 dollar fee for parking and $45 for valet parking.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast at Market was delicious and the drinks at the bar were *chefs kiss*. The room was clean, but I'd say they need to update their towels as the ones I had were a bit raggedy (even if clean).

The room we had was great. We had last minute accommodations and they took care of it right away. Definitely a great experience.
