Cambria Hotel Downtown Phoenix Convention Center

Exceptional

Was close to downtown Phoenix for events.

The staff was nice and friendly. The fact that it didn’t have a swimming pool.

Staff went above and beyond. The light for the vanity mirror didn’t work.

Also, The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was good.

The staff was not the best. The first lady that checked me in was great. T

Great customer service at the front desk. Super friendly and personable employees. Very clean and well maintained property. 10/10 would stay here in the future

The staff were so nice and helpful! Nai at the check in was very kind and informative. Loved the room and also they gave free water in the lobby which is always a plus!

Our room was a disability room. Did not like the shower.

lobby, and rooms are immaculate. Hallways have a bit of a carpet smell but the rooms are fresh and clean. I was a bit let down by there being no ironing board/ironer, and the fridge would not properly close. Amenities could be updated. AC worked well. Was very clean too. Staff wasn’t rude but prior to check out it was all very “here damn it.” We asked for towels and never received them. Had to get them ourselves. Also, for door dash they don’t allow others to Come leave at your door which is a huge inconvenience if you got a disability. Lots of free parking nearby but lots of the cars on free park streets were banged up so rather than pay for the valet parking.

I liked the service and beautiful artwork throughout the building. I enjoyed eating at the rooftop restaurant. The thing I didn’t like so much was there weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. We didn’t get fresh towels the next day.

All right, always have a good experience. When I stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are consistently clean, and the bed is comfortable. Overall this is great hotel to stay in Location is a 10 when it comes to being near my favorite restaurant. But it's a 7 when I need to walk in the heat to the sporting facilities. I hate taking an uber for such a short distance.
