Beautiful relaxing hotel in a great location.

Great location. It’s just getting older and in some areas you’ll see it, but other than that it’s affordable and clean.

I requested housekeeping for new sheets and cleanup, I got a text confirming it would be done but I never got the service.

The staff were amazing. Room and over all hotel was clean and very fun. Lack of parking was the only downside.

Yousef was very helpful checking us in. Went above and beyond to fix a mistake that was made on my end.

Staff was nice. But this hotel should make improvement. The high light of this hotel, it is cute, bar on the roof. However. The shower pressure sucks. I felt like I was taking a bird bath. We live in AZ and did a stay vacation so we know the water doesn’t get cold in the shower, BUT it will be at least Luke warm. It was scorching hot even set on cold. The front desk was told the first night and she said it’s normal in the summer and just let in run. It didn’t work. Saturday we talked to front desk and the maintenance man arrived to look at the shower. It was cold!, we were like how???? He turned it on and it was cold. Later we took a shower and I don’t know what he did lol, but it was hot!!!!!!! Then we notice some of the lights would work and the other lights wouldn’t. It’s like one side of the room worked and the other didn’t and would switched. This was room 414 if you get it. Also, LADIES the lightening is horrible for doing makeup. You have to stay in the bathroom to do it. So if there is a bunch of you bring makeup. Also there is no parking!!!!!!!! You have to pay $41 each night for parking. This was a surprise. This is downtown Phx and limited parking. This should not be a thing

Very good clean room and the roof top hotel was excellent

This hotel was amazing in the center of everything. We even have to drive nowhere and you can walk point they don’t have a swimming pool. We had to go to a little small area and they had a little small swimming pool. Great

Excellent place I come here every month

The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive if we needed anything. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful with any questions we had, and valet was very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the upstairs bar/ restaurant however I did feel the food could have been better, but the view and vibes were amazing. I wish breakfast was free for guests but the location of the hotel was perfectly in reach of many other places to eat and try which was perfect.

This was an amazing property and everything was in walking distance. The only downside was the parking (we weren’t aware that we had to park on the street) but besides that it was amazing!
