Excellent place I come here every month

The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive if we needed anything. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful with any questions we had, and valet was very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the upstairs bar/ restaurant however I did feel the food could have been better, but the view and vibes were amazing. I wish breakfast was free for guests but the location of the hotel was perfectly in reach of many other places to eat and try which was perfect.

This was an amazing property and everything was in walking distance. The only downside was the parking (we weren’t aware that we had to park on the street) but besides that it was amazing!

Loved the hotel! Rooms are very comfortable. Only bummer is the lights on the mirror didn’t work, or the bathroom fan. However, Hilton is about to take them over and will update everything, according to our sources there. I look forward to going back this year.

Great location. This is where my husband & sn always stay while in Phoenix.

Only problem I had is There was No complementary Breakfast for Guest

Not really a comfy stay

The vibe! Parking was not convenient unless you valet

The staff was nice, food was good The picture shows a pool there is no pool then the pool that was connected was really not welcoming and the second night they wasn't even open. I live in MN so I looked fwd to the sun and pool

Cute hotel the bed was very comfortable. And the restaurant was good for breakfast. My only complaint is that it sounded like they had a rooftop pool. But they did not because of the restaurant that took over and now the pool is next door if you want to go. Not convenient

Great place to stay in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The real hidden gem is the rooftop bar and kitchen. Valet needs more staff during busy night hours.

A little loud at night, I think the closer you are to the roof bar, the louder it is. Otherwise we love this place.

Staff was quite nice and professional. Room was comfortable especially bed, and shower was great. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was excellent,
